For those curious, the reason for heating the flour is salmonella, eggs are not the only risk factor for salmonella, you are just as likely to get it from raw flour.

Just FYI when it comes to raw cookie dough the risk isn’t the raw eggs, when you mix eggs and white sugar the sugar essentially “cooks” the egg. The risk is the raw flour. So if you wanna eat raw cookie dough bake your flour.
