Always be in the moment. For eg let's say you only sitting at home and doing nothing, then be in that moment, i.e., exist sitting doing nothing at that time, don't think of any thoughts about past or future, stop getting emotional and simply exist doing nothing. Trust me this will change your whole perception about life.
