yeah i know what you mean about the unwanted strings. When i play it I'm not actually palm muting, but i do keep my pinky pressed against the body right around underneath the bridge of my guitar just to kind of give my hand an anchor so that I'm not hitting every string. I'm pretty bad at finger picking so its not much of an option

i think the guitarist tuned/played down because the singer can't sing up to the scale of the actual song, it helps a lot and still sounds fucking amazing
bass and lead guitar are excellent. vocals are good, but could use some tweaking. drumming also is good but could be a little more pronounced. its a little too faint in the background. otherwise, great job. im sure you guys have improved this considering its been about a year later. keep posting the rhcp vids!

guitar and bass seem fine. the drums arent loud enough. and the drummer sounds like he isnt even playing the right thing. maybe thats just because he isnt loud enough. im trying to be open-minded on this. The singer sounds extremely bored. the lyrics drag on longer than they should. the words kind of run into each other, too. put some feeling into it!
hes good, he just doesnt know the lyrics. the guitarist is really good ,his tone is fine, he should turn down. itll never sound like the chili peppers without john doing his harmonies, it sucks he quit. hes amazing...

We did this over 2 years ago, but I think we did tune down a half step. Maybe we'll record this one in the studio.
