At lower ranks, it can be frustrating to fight Drags because his gameplan is SO SIMPLE yet so effective. WR2, b1+2, d2 and then those strings that every drag spams. Sure there is counter-play, but it really is such a simple set of tools that it feels annoying to lose to it because it's almost like every drag plays the same exact way at Green Ranks.
What counterplay? Everything you named is getting beat by literally every punishment without it hitting. It's all 18 frames and more, while worst standard launchers are 15 or in case of slowpoke 16 frames. Whatever dragunov tries if you mash he is the one getting hit.

All the glitches you're having issues with is because of the non Tekken characters and infects the game and the constant updates, the seasons...be honest before all that... Tekken was TEKKEN!

Paul is the best character . If think about his damage .. paul df2 hitbox is amazing . Also Paul is very good
Paul's story in T7 is just "we like Panda not you!" and then he runs away. Paul's gameplay can be boiled down to df2 spam
