  • It is curious to me that the major religions of the world having so much in common end up fighting each other.
    Religions are like ice cream there are so very many flavors and we end up fighting over the mix-in's.
    Here's a lovely prayer which is the opening chapter in the Quran:
    Sura 1 The Opener (Al-Fatiha)
    [1:1] In the name of God, The Entirely Merciful, The Entirely Compassionate.
    [1:2] Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds.
    [1:3] The Entirely Merciful, The Entirely Compassionate.
    [1:4] Sovereign on the Day of Judgement.
    [1:5] You alone we worship and You alone we ask for help.
    [1:6] Guide us to the straight path;
    [1:7] the path of those whom You have blessed, not of those who have incurred your displeasure, nor of the misguided.

      @@Vinimarshall450 A church or a Mosque is just a place where people come together in congregation to worship God. Are you telling me God should built that. I don't get the logic. For many religions the entire world is a place where you can worship God. Those are only buildings where people can unite in prayer.
      People have different perceptions of God, so if you want to find out the truth and which religion makes the most sense, then you need to study different religions in order to come to your own conclusion.
      Do you believe in a creator and if not what are your reasons for not believing in a creator?
