I’d recommend using Adobe Illustrator, dropping a photo into it, and then clicking the drop down menu on the “image trace” button on the top section of Illustrator. Then clicking the amount of colors you want to be added. If you can’t use Adobe Illustrator I think there’s many free websites to “vectorize” colored images. Vectoring images makes then into a certain amount of shapes and simplifies it into like a cartoon form. Hopefully this helps !! There might also be vector image apps in phone App Stores but I’m not completely sure

I'm curious why so many videos show people making rugs with the longest setting for the yarn and then when they're done, they shave half of the length off. Why not just do it with shorter length to begin with and there won't be as much waste?

Have you ever ran into the issue of sending a rug to someone for an agreed upon insta story tag and they never post but they just keep the rug and go silent?
yeah, thats where I would want to have a contract with an influencer if your doing it for exposure only, like ive seen it with some friends who are artists and the horror stories they have bout influencers is a big yikes...

There 2 types of tufting guns, loop pile and cut pile. And there is a gun that u can work with both cuts
