There are so many things you can use with puff pastry. All of the recipes in this video look wonderful. I appreciate the cameos of the kitties. It makes the video a little more special. Oh Kevin! I harvested basil from my tiny porch garden today and made 2 batches of pesto. I was thinking of you as I tasted it and made yummy sounds! After I cleaned up, I sat down to see if there was a new video from you. And there you are making pesto!

The trick to selecting a ripe cantaloupe or pineapple is to smell the end. If it smells like the ripe fruit, that's the one you want.

Yaaaay, I will make the mushrooms using gluten free bread crumbs and then my family with needs to remain gluten free will enjoy them. Can also use the pesto and the cantaloupe. Thanks Kevin.

Oh boy that poor cantaloupe was so unripe😬As a florida gir,l I feel so bad! Here's some tips to get the most delicious and perfectly ripe melons:
Cantaloupe. You want an orange blush to the skin with a sweet very musky scent.
Honeydew should have a slightly yellow tinge with a very sweet very musky scent.
Watermelons should have a YELLOW spot on the bottom. The deeper the yellow the sweeter it is. This applies to pretty much every strain of watermelon I'm aware of.
