I like a lot the Corsa as a urban-medium distance car. This engine hasn't been designed to be sporty but to be smooth and with a good response from low rpm. Good test!!!!!

Der Motor ist für den Alltag super 👍🏻, bei Kurzstrecke braucht er aber einiges mehr.
Ein idealer Wagen wenn man nicht so viel im Jahr fährt, zudem in Steuer / Versicherung günstig.

Done stage 1 software in July with great gains. Stock on wheels it was running 102wkw and 210nm. That was stock. After stage 1 it went to 124wkw and 296nm.
After stage 2 with downpipe was done on Tuesday managed to gain still within safety limits a healthy 145wkw and 330nm. Have got the dyno sheets.but don't know how to post it here for you to see.
Whats your 0-100 km/h ?
Be careful with the transmission. The 1.4 turbo with 100hp has got the f17 transmission which isnt meant to handle this much torque. The 1.4 turbo 150hp version has the m32 tho which would be finde with the torque
@@tomshld is the F17 just the 5-Speed? I’ve got a 1.4T 100hp with a 6-Speed which I presume is the M32? 🤷🏻♂️ looking to get mine mapped soon
@@zIXBL Yes F17 is 5 Speed. Yours could be a M20 if it's 6 speed, or the junk m32 :D. But at least the m32 doesn't break because of the power

Die 185km/h Vmax finde ich aber ein bisschen enttäuschend, das hat mein alter 1998 Passat Variant 1.6 mit 100PS nämlich auch schon geschafft.

naja motor ist von 150ps auf nur 100ps gedrosselt worden von opel und ehrlich ohne änderung am fahrwerk würde ich auch nicht mehr als 200 damit fahren wollen
mit chip tuning kannst wieder auf 150ps oder 175ps kommen, denn der motor block an sich schaft schon braust nur denn auch den guter spritt
laut papieren hat mein corsa 1.4t auch den block B14NEL verbaut aus dem astra/mokka mit 120ps was er wohl aber nicht hat :D
Er ist zwar mit 185kmh angegeben ich habe das auto auch und er packt wesentlich über 200kmh

In the Corsa, the 1.4 Turbo or I think 100hp is less than the non-turbo 1.4 Corsa should be the 1.4 Turbo 140hp like the engine used in the 90hp astra

I think this engine has been designed to have more torque than power. 200 Nm between 1500 and 3500 rpm is appropiated for a relaxing drive, using the gearbox much less than the N/A engine
This engine is underpowered by ECU, it can easily be remapped to 150hp

@@aureliendijoux2255 i got 166 hp on stage 1 with 296nm torque. Stage 2 it came alive. With downpipe done I got 195hp on the wheels with 330nm of torque.

Normales Super reicht. Der Motor dreht nicht so hoch, dass eine höhere klopffestigkeit nötig ist.

I just bought a 2016 1L turbo ecoflex and maxed it at 214km on a pretty flat surface.
Is it possible that the 1liter 3 cyl option is faster?
I have the Adam 1.0T with original 115 HP. On flat surface is always 210 - 216 km/h. Now i have Stage 1 with 140 HP. The Car runs like crazy......is incredible.
The 1.4 Turbo has a longer 5th gear
Die 11.4 L auf 100km kommen aber nur im Volllast vor, oder? Wäre ja unvorstellbar, wenn man mit 100km/h vor sich hin fährt und er sich 11.4 l genehmigt.
Der Verbraucht enstpricht der im Video gezeigten Fahrweise. Beim gemütlichen Fahren ist es deutlich weniger.

Ich habe den 1.4 Typ D mit 100PS, seit 9 Jahren keine Reparatur. Ich würde aber niemals bei solchen Strassenverhältnissen mit 180 über die Autobahn brettern ...

Yup, so lange mindestens zweispurig pro Richtung und bauliche Trennungen vorliegen, gilt 130 Richtgeschwindigkeit.
@@SuperchargedMagazine Wieder mal was dazu gelernt.Bin leider aus dieversen Gründen nicht so begeistert von dem Wagen, u.a. weil die B-Säule weiter vorne ist, als beim Vorgängermodell, den meine Frau fährt.
Ich mochte den D Corsa tendenziell auch lieber. Mal sehen wie es sich mit dem F Modell verhält.

Because I felt that there was not much acceleration left on the higher rev bands.
I own a corsa and agree, the peak torque is quite low on that model, around 3.6-3.9k rpm so not much to give at the redline
