After some rain my 916 Spider always has some water marks inside the boot. Wondering if it’s actually rain coming through the lock? What do you reckon?
Great video! For Spider I think you have to remove additionally the boot lock. Otherwise, the lever of the lock will hinder you from putting the black plastic part into position on the back side
Thanks for a great video..how do you change the front emblem on a 939 Spider 2007?...is it a heatgun and just try to get it loose..or is it screwed on? Thanks again
TIP: in my case the inner part of the boot lock was nlocking a piece of the plastic ring. So after trying for half an hour I figured out to losen the two screws of the lock. Remove the plastic cover to losen the lock and it will give you just a little bit more room to position the inner ring and lock it.
Thank you Neil fro another useful video, new shiny badges make a big difference to the looks of these cars. I would imagine that the procedure for the 156 boot badge is very similar? Regards
I have a 05 156 but the boot badge doesn't move so it's either seized or it's without that feature, I'll need to remove the inner panel to see what's there.
Great and very useful videos! Tnx 😉
