    Haven't been to Vegas in years, but I really enjoyed the Luxor when I was there. The inclinators (diagonal elevators) that run along the side of the pyramid are quite cool.

    Thanks for another great video Chris.I stayed at Elara, you can book it as a hotel also. Very happy with my stay. No casino, full kitchens and beautiful rooms.

      The Elara almost mimicks Vdara Hotel & Spa, funnily enough. Just a different location and rewards differences compared to the similar MGM Resort, including Hilton's rewards and such.

    There actually is pretty decent public transit from the airport to the strip or downtown area for just a couple bucks.

    The Westgate (formerly the Hilton and formerly the International Hotel) is where Elvis had his residency for several years in the 70s. It may be worth checking out if you’re an Elvis fan!

    I was at las vegas from June 6 to 18, stayed at Excalibur, Aria, the strat, and vdara, for some reason I prefer the less luxurious rooms because it feels more like home

    Hello from Dublin Ireland Chris!
    This video should be compulsory viewing for any first time visitor to LV.
    We've been to Vegas twice and are looking forward to our next visit.
    Love your Vegas reviews, and this one is especially comprehensive.

    Just got back from Vegas and what an experience. Stayed at the Venetian after watching Chris's review and saw everything including the last day of the Mirage and the Sphere. There are some people who go back frequently and whilst I loved Vegas I don't think I would go back though. Time to look at some of Chris's other reviews - I loved the climate of Vegas so perhaps Arizona next year 🙂

    A lot of Vegas pools close at 6 pm. Others close seasonally. Others have massive pool parties. You could do a whole video on pools.

    We are staying at park MGM and planning on taking the free tram to get to Bellagio and walk from there to centre strip. Best way to get to Freemont street from Park MGM - is it uber? Do the Deuce bus have AC?

    • @YellowProductions
      @YellowProductions  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yes. I'd take an uber to get downtown. But yes. You can take the deuce bus too.. it makes alot of stops though so it's slow.. and yes. It has AC

    I’m going for the first time in October for my birthday. Staying at the Rio. Does it make a difference if I sign up to their players card before I get there and check in to my room?

    • @YellowProductions
      @YellowProductions  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Hotel room spend at the Rio doesn't get you any benefit in their program. Being a program member potentially gets you lower rates on your room.. but you'll have already booked your room by that point if you're signing up on the same day... so no.. probably doesn't make a difference if you sign up the day of before you check in

    How to get to Top Golf from the strip? Can you access it through MGM?

    • @YellowProductions
      @YellowProductions  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Yes.. From the MGM Grand Casino, pass the Lobby Bar, turn right and walk towards the KA Box Office. Just past Wolfgang Puck, turn right and walk into The District. Continue through The District, past Craftsteak, International Smoke and Grand Garden Arena. When you reach the Spa Mezzazine, take the escalators down towards the pool. At the entrance to the pool, turn right and continue through the hall. Exit the set of glass doors to your left before you reach the Conference Center. Walk through the Topgolf/Wet Republic walkway and go through the gate located by Wet Republic.

    Uber, Lyft, and the taxi lobby convinced the Las Vegas airport not to build the terminal on the other side so people could walk straight out of the terminal and on to the strip. 😂
