My buddy and I were grinding out 4 hours of xdefiant last night and at the end of our session were rewarded with the notice on the home screen. 275 hours played prestige 200 I have to say they ruined Christmas. This is such a solid game where your actual skill is rewarded. I guess people love to be lied to.

I have over 100+ hours in the game. I took a break after I finished the season 2 battlepass. I was really excited for season 3, but after i saw the news, I got so disappointed that I immediately uninstalled the game. Even if season 3 is going to be great, there's no way I'd be able to play it knowing that the time is ticking for the game. It would be a depressing 6-month period of playing.
While it would suck to see this channel die, I totally understand not being interested into the other multiplayer FPS games currently out. As someone that doesnt like new COD, BF, or any battle royale game, Xdefiant was the perfect shooter for me and had reawaken my love for the genre, if only for a short time. Im gonna grind Xdefiant till the end but after that im going back to single players/coop games.

Man im devastated by this game ending so soon 😢it really revived my love for Arena shooters and gave me something to look forward to come home to after a long day of work. I bought a new PC and monitor just for season 3 and beyond... And now i need to find another game to play in a few months... Rip maybe who knows in 5 years they will revive thos game as Xdefiant 2 or Reloaded and will actually launch with complete content.

@Austin_Bourque_ xDefiant has more than just no SBMM but I think this made the biggest difference for me (I like the movement, the spawns, the maps, and the game modes too). My win/loss ratio in XD is above 60% and I'm a sweaty solo queuer. My win/loss ratio in CODs since MW2019 have been 0.50 likely because I'm a sweaty solo queuer, so SBMM treats me like shit. I hate it. XD will be missed.
And more about Roblox Frontline it has a huge player count but its like the people playing it are gatekeeping it so if you tried it you would be 1 of the first people to Livestream it and make content on it Frontline on Roblox makes me think modern warfare or modern warfare 2 with better movement and its free

Delta Force extraction mode is surprisingly solid, I’d recommend it. It pulls a little bit of this and that from CoD/Battlefield and Escape From Tarkov. I expect them to release 6v6 modes and maps sometime in 2025.
This game didn’t release on PS4/Xbox One or steam. That means they only had access to like 30% of gamers. How was it ever suppose to grow and surprise?
I’m a new viewer watched a handful of videos I was late to x defiant. Sad it’s going away but it’s been fun. I would 💯 watch splitgate or really whatever you decide to do I enjoy your videos and I don’t see that stopping no matter what game you play. Hopefully we get some good releases in 2025.

Fragpunk looks like CS ala Valorant inspired game with a pinch of COD. Would also suggest you The Final since it's fast paced with a pinch of BF, or upcoming Splitgate as it's inspired by Halo with abilities like XD.
Splitgate might be a good alternative. I tried it today. Played like 3 games, and it feels nice. It's 6v6, has good movement/gunplay, and quite a bit of skill gap. Things we loved xdefiant for.

To he honest, this game didn't bring that many people to play it. As much as I thought the game was fun at first. Around season 2, I kind of left early at the start of it. I just had this feeling the game wouldn't be around forever, and for a few months now, we're seeing this game shutting down next year. I know you loved playing XD and how fun it was. It just didn't get the attention, and people got bored of it. I know you said you have no interest in Fortnite or other games. You should give it a chance to play it and see if it's for you or not. Delta Force, being a free to play game that's coming out on console next year, should be the game for you to play on this channel. But whatever you wanna do, dude, I'll surely watch whatever you play.

With the remaining skeleton crew, maybe just maybe they could release the other Y1 and Y2 contents in a presentable state. Some of the skin from Y3 is broken right now so at least we know what they have done.
Couldnt studios just get the game where they want to, end support and updates etc, but leave a server or 2 running for it? How much would that actually cost?

Oh I agree. I'm going to make what I want. Haters will never stop me. What will stop me however, is the lack of interest. No other multiplayer shooters interest me as of now. So therefore, no reason to force out content that I do not enjoy making.

Halo Infinite is in a good place right now. Just wish it was supported more.

With the remaining skeleton crew, maybe just maybe they could release the other Y1 and Y2 contents in a presentable state. Some of the skin from Y3 is broken right now so at least we know what they have done.
Couldnt studios just get the game where they want to, end support and updates etc, but leave a server or 2 running for it? How much would that actually cost?

@@Xsavagementailty They wouldn't really get anything but if having a server on is cheap enough it would be the least they can do for their reputation of thinking about the customer. Maybe have occasional skins for purchase, have like 1 dev work on it for like a week out of the year.

XD is/was probably the closest competition COD has for 6 v 6 multi player FPS shooter, drawing a line in the sand and proudly planting a flag saying a big F.U to SBMM and EOMM.
