Ok here are the answers: Yes Madara was reanimated (turned into a zombie with "unlimited" chakra who reforms from damage unless sealed even if completely disintegrated.) Madara looks different because someone else has been pretending to be him. Wrapped in bandages guy is the being controlled by the guy reanimating everyone. Gaaras sand is made lighter by the old guy so Gaara can move more of it offensively. His eyes changed color because that's the next step up. He actually absorbs chakra with those eyes. The entire wars purpose was to get the 8 tails and Naruto's 9 tails. Is Tsunade strong enough to fight Madara? Well yes, but actually no. There is an entire village/country of black people actually. Killer Bee hails from there. And those that teleported are the leaders of some of the villages. So basically the strongest ninja they have. The purple thing is called Susano the "absolute defense". Only* Uchiha can use it. Madara has a perfect one so he doesn't have to stay stationary. All the Naruto's we see are actually clones he sent to all sides of the war. That's why he disappears from the five kage when they step up to fight. Madara's three eyes are the Sharingan, Mangekyou Sharingan, and Rinnegan. The thing in his chest is the First Hokage. Well his cells. That is what gives Madara the ability to use Wood Style Jutsu. Tsunade is doing the 100 healings miotic rejuvenation when her forehead does the glow. Basically ridiculous hax levels of healing that is similar but not on the same level healing as the First Hokage, her grandfather. That was not Sasuke. It was actually Madara's younger brother who just looks like Sasuke. The 5v1 Susano isn't even Madara getting OP. He was just playing a game as one would when competing against children. Before he killed everyone the Jutsu that was reanimating him was released. His power began to fade right at the killing blow. That was her man. And he ded. It wasn't just the video skipping. When Madara started getting serious it off screen KOed all the kages. We don't really know what he did to them. Also this video left out so so much of the cool parts of this fight unfortunately. Still great reaction as always though.
You enjoy Naruto fights fully when you know how each power came to be and the sacrifices that came along with it. For instance, Susanoo. If you don't know why and how it happened, you wouldn't appreciate and get amazed by it that much. Love your reactions btw. He could watch only non filler or even a detailed storyline video will multiply the experience so much and will only be a fraction of the time . Good analysis but let me add something there. If you create one clone the clone will have 50% of the originals power. If you create two clones they will both have 50% of the originals power. If you create three clones they will all have 50% of the original, etc. Also while the clones are active the Jutsu caster will only have like 70% of his usual strength. HOWEVER: Shadow Clones are in most cases only able to use Taijutsu. Unless its a special Jonin like Kakashi or people like Itachi who were able to let their clones use Ninjutsu and even Genjutsu. Naruto was like the only exception to this because he had the Nine Tails Chakra he was able to let all of his clones do the Rasengan at the same time. Genin can usually create only 1 clone while Chunin can create like 2 or 3 clones and only few Jonins can create more than 5 clones. Thats why its so impressive that Madara was able to create 25 clones who were all able to use Susanoo. He basically could start the Rumbling just with his clones.

And dont forget he has one of the strongest binding spells being able to immobilize Obito and even Juubi Madara.

The Reason madara was white before is because he summoned and absorbed the 10 tails. Making him the 10 tails jinchuriki. That madara here was the beginning of the war. So he didn't summon it yet the reason he can do these big attacks is because he got reanimated by kabuto. In order for reanimation to work you need to have the dna or hair in order to summon them back alive. The reanimation also gives the dead person infinite chakra, so they can do ninjutsu INFINETLY. and will never run out. But one thing that can happen is madara time limit is up and goes back to the afterlife. But he prevented this by reanimating himself. After that he brought himself back to life got the 10 tails and yeah..

Lemme explain the eye system for u so in short if u awaken the sharingan it will awaken as a 1tomoe (1pattern in your eye) then it can evolve to 2tomoe then 3 then if you expirence something really bad in your life or kill Simone close to you, your sharingan evolves to a mangekyou sharingan it contains a way more unique patter to the normal 1 2 and 3 tomoe sharingan then the rinnegan awakens if ur a descendent of Indra or if you also just receive chakra from hagoromo.
So much is cut from the video of the fight, it kind of just annoys me a bit that he doesn't realize or know that. No hate to my man who's reacting without watching the entire series tho, gives a fresh perspective, big ups!

Just some lore... Madara is the second strongest ninja in all of history the only guy who could stand up to him was the first hokage Hashirama and even then when ever they had a fight it never really had a clear victor. Even in the final fight between Hashirama and Madara ended in Hashirama's death and Madara being so horribly injured that he couldn't really do anything until he died of old age

Lemme explain the eye system for u so in short if u awaken the sharingan it will awaken as a 1tomoe (1pattern in your eye) then it can evolve to 2tomoe then 3 then if you expirence something really bad in your life or kill Simone close to you, your sharingan evolves to a mangekyou sharingan it contains a way more unique patter to the normal 1 2 and 3 tomoe sharingan then the rinnegan awakens if ur a descendent of Indra or if you also just receive chakra from hagoromo.

Madara is the second strongest ninja in all of history the only guy who could stand up to him was the first hokage Hashirama and even then when ever they had a fight it never really had a clear victor. Even in the final fight between Hashirama and Madara ended in Hashirama's death and Madara being so horribly injured that he couldn't really do anything until he died of old age
