Welcome again to the Grand Rapids area. I grew up in Holland, beach town on the lakeshore nearby but have lived in GR for like 7 years now and I love it
Thank you. We enjoyed a beach visit at Holland State Park. Lots to do and enjoy around the area.
Basements are the best. Growing up we had a tv, pool table, etc... In high school it became the hangout place on the block. Think my parents did that on purpose to keep tabs on us all.
Basements are awesome! We wouldn’t mind if it was a hangout for our kids and their friends for the exact same reason! Lol

Great family teamwork on building your new sofa set. I recently discovered that the Grand Rapids area is somewhat close to nearby cities such as Chicago and Milwaukee, an opportunity to see an Irish football game in South Bend or simply enjoy the coast of Lake Michigan. Those adventures could be experienced which your podcast followers could learn from...
Yes, it’s great to be close to those other areas. We definitely want to do some videos for the channel and explore those nearby locations and attractions!

Can you do an update video on wear of the fill? My husband and I are wanting to go with this sectional but have gone back and forth on which fill to use!

Looks great and great for cuddling with the family! I think its a good choice. I only thought of Lovesac a few months ago - but it was an intensive period of thinking. We live in a 720 sq foot house that we built ourselves by hand. There's not much room in what is essentially 1 "great room" and a bathroom. Turns out, the Lovesac 4 chairs and 5 sides is perfect for the space. We may get another storage seat to make another chaise in our "library" corner. You are right - this is the last couch we will get. Putting it together really pulls you in - you made it now - and you'll never want to put them back in their little boxes n ship em back. It also helps you feel the strength of these units - the kids CAN jump on these seats - its realistic to actually live.

Some suggestions: North Beach Park in Ferrysburg just north of Grand Haven, Meijer Gardens, "tube" in the thornapple river, try the restaurant Culver's, and get a Rubaeus from Founder's Brewery on a just the parents date night

I received mine yesterday . I was very excited . how ever I guess we ordered the wrong sides now the corners have huge gaps and the square shoes pop out in the corners really bad . im so sad
Sorry the order didn’t turn out right for you. It can get a little confusing ordering the right number of backs and sides for the configuration you want.
How is the couch holding up
We have to fluff up the back cushions consistently because they tend to sag. Other than that it’s been good.

Been wanting one for yrs but can’t decide if the price tag is worth it when you compare all the other couches w the price tag.. How much was the total of your couch?
It was $9,000+ for 5 seats, 2 storage seats and all the sides.
Looks soft and cushy. Reminds me of the seats inside the conversion vans of the 80's.

Oh my goodness you guys are the cutest couple ever OK so I’m a single mom but I am really considering getting the sofa does it really take two people to get it together or do you think that me and my 14-year-old daughter can swing it how hard is it to get those cushions on really what is the real deal
You and your daughter should be able to put it together. You could do it yourself if needed, it would just take longer. It took us 3-4 hours with the two of us. The cushions got easier after doing it for awhile. It wasn’t the most fun thing, but definitely doable!

Are you going to swap out any sides for Stealth Tech sides? I just went to the Ann Arbor store to check it out and ordered the 8 piece set with an additionally subwoofer…going to see how it can compare to our home theater that was much more.
Thinking about doing it in the future, but not for awhile. We’ve spent enough money for now! lol
