  • Hey! In this video I share with you an honest and transparent reflection of what I've learnt from teaching difficult classes or classes with challenging students. Managing behaviour can be a real struggle as a teacher and a source of a lot of anxiety and potentially make teachers want to leave the profession, so I hope to bring you some reassurance that you're not alone in having these feelings. Sometimes acceptance is the key.
    I'll post a part two soon sharing behaviour management strategies I use in the classroom to help support with overcoming these challenges. Let me know if you have particular challenges you face and want some advice on.
