Ingredients
Sausage make cut both side
Some oil
Fry for 2 mins
Keep aside
1 egg
Milk 1 tbsp
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper powder
Mix well
Bread slice
Cut the edges
Roll to thin
Tomato ketchup
Mustard sauce
Cheese slice
Fried sausage
Brush egg mixture
Roll tightly
Dip into egg mixture
Coat with bread crumbs
Fry until golden brown

Tried it at home and honestly, I gotta say I'm a bit disappointed. The cheese made it taste so salty....it was too strong and kinda overshadowed the taste of the sausage and bread. The already present salt in the sausage did not help 😣

Bon résumons : du pain industriel ecrasé, du ketchup et de la moutarde industrielle, du fromage industriel, une saucisse industrielle, ensuite recouvre le pain de chapelure de ... pain, puis on plonge le tout dans l'huile, car le pain et la chapelure n'absorbent pas du tout l'huile, heureusement, et pour finir on retrempe le pain au pain dans le ketchup moutarde qui est deja dedans. Voila donc la recette de petit pain a la saucisse la plus savoureuse jamais mangée, ce qui permet de conclure a une maltraitance dans l'enfance, je ne vois pas d'autres explications.
