1:44 The best part is the way Barry says: "I dont wanna die, David.

I think George may have repurposed that "Barry White's voice attracts snakes" thing for the Whacking Day episode of the Simpsons. Also they neglected to stress the importance of checking for ticks after being in the woods.

The writers on The Simpsons say he’s one of the best.
That if jokes were home runs, he hit the most. Coming up with the best classic sounding lines.
For example he came up with:
    “Hey you, let’s fight!”
    “Them’s fightin’ words!!!”

My favorite is when Sideshow Luke Perry gets blasted out a cannon, flies over the safety net, through a window, through the Museum of Sandpaper, through the Kwik-E-Mart and a display tower of acid, and safely lands in the pillow factory.... only to have it implode.

all of these segments were so very dumb and I love them with all of my heart. It's nice to see some of these writers talk about their favorite bits. Thank you, Dave. Thank you, Team Letterman. Thank you, World's Largest Vase. Your message has not been forgotten.

Now I know the origins of "no problems here," "I love the sexy slither of a lady snake," the Rube Goldberg -like progression of the fire in Homer the Heretic, and Poochie's parting words. Surprising how iterative comedy writing is. Even the best have their favored formulae.

I still have a $10 check from him that he sent when he had to cancel Army Man so he would have time for the Simpsons job.. Of course it was never cashed.

In case of a Barry White emergency walkie talkies can also be a life saver. But they could have almost no base response. That's why this design has a powerful 5 inch woofer attached to it. Hello Barry? ......(Barry's deep voice blasts through the woofer).....😂😂 2:27
