Thank you so much for this video. I had to put my 8 year old's trampoline up on my own as my partner's disabled. I used the spring tool that came in the box and by the 10th spring I couldn't pull the hook far enough with both hands to fit it, let alone with one to attach the spring with the other. Exhausted, frustrated, chapped and bleeding hands I Googled for a better option and this video came straight up. The next 30 springs went on like a dream and only the last 5 gave me any difficulty but still nothing like I had before. So, once again, thank you, from a knackered dad and a happy 8 year old girl.

Use a dog leash with a clip at the end.
Doesn't matter, everything else is pulled so tight it was really easy to put on by itself
