The Camera+ settings that I predominantly use are:
ISO 400 / Shutter 1/250 / White Balance 5000
You may find you need to adjust the white balance depending on your background and what your lighting is like.
I use 2 softbox lights (and I do have some natural light as well). The lights cost AU $63.82 and are:
