You stumbled onto one of the GOATS, brother! Keep digging into their content. I like 'One' and 'Disposable Heroes', but you can't go wrong with any of their songs. An Amazingly talented band!
these guys eat, sleep, work, play, and endure the long months on the road together....to last as long as they have is nothing short of incredible! This song/video paints a picture of what times were like back in the day...enjoying the downtime when they can and then putting it all together on stage for their fans...if you haven't seen the videos (Enter Sandman & Creeping Death) from their 1991 concert in Moscow, I highly recommend it....you won't be disappointed....
Enter Sandman is my personal favorite. If you do a reaction, I recommend the live version from the Moscow concert. You'll get it when you watch. Sad But True, Sanitarium, and One are some of my other favorites, along with their cover of Turn The Page. I also like the Unforgiven trilogy (Unforgiven, Unforgiven II, Unforgiven III) because it doesn't sound like anything else I've ever heard. These guys have been making amazing music for a very long time. I'm looking forward to more.
Perfect reaction! In like the other person said, you did it accidentally stumbled upon the GOAT of rock/metal. I’ll be subscribing to hear more of your Metallica reactions. One of my low-key deep cut favorites of theirs is Holier Than Thou. It’s off the same album. And it’s definitely metal. But it’s musical, delightful metal. I used to listen to this song in the locker room before I took the field when I was playing high school football.
Their entire body of work is amazing (except St Anger). I am a true fan, "For Whom The Bell Tolls" still gives me chills (lit!). And "One" will push you through every emotion.
Greg I can tell you was blown away. I too can get lost in that one too. You wanted suggestions & I'm not sure of which you heard on the radio but "Sad but True" is a great one and "Enter Sandman" is one of my top 3 I love to hear. Metallica is a pretty badass band I've always felt I don't think you'll be disappointed at all. I could tell you really appreciated their delivery & sound along with the meaning. I'd say this is my most favorite 🎸🎶
Have seen metallica live twice. I csnt even describe the energy at their shows. They are just amazing and continue to keep rocking. Nothing else matters is about the band being on the road and missing home.
cool reaction video! So nice to see how a super powerhouse group like Metallica prepares for a song, from start to finish and to hear the finished product is amazing!!! This is why they and other great musicians/bands/singers do so well....they put in the long hours to make music that lasts! Rock on!!
Great reaction 💪…..remember that you are reacting to the GOATS…..one of the four greatest bands in ALL music…🔥🔥🔥🤘🤘🤘…..you have 70 Metallica-bangers ahead of you
U dont kno how many times i imagined playing the guitar at my high school talent show... and this is the song that made me imagine that all the time n the 90's. Hahahaha. Would have got all the 304's.
Merry Christmas Greg, to you and all who you love. Their live performance of "Enter Sandman" in Moscow, Russia 1991 (1.6 million people in audience) will blow your mind.
I love watching someone experience something I've loved for my entire life. I just get so excited thinking of all my own firsts with that band and lowkey jealous that I cant have that first time back and appreciate it just a little more. If you think this one relaxes your mind you definitely need to check out the S&M album. Most of Metallica's greatest hits backed by an orchestra. It's a total shut your eyes and just mind drift experience.
I’m 49 and I’ve been a Metallica fan for as long as I can remember but imo nothing beats their black album! Enter Sandman is my ultimate Metallica song. But in this song James proves that he’s a legit singer and not just a metal God
I love it man. Definitely should check out one and another of of my favorites is enter sandman definitely good tunes. I'd like to see more reactions to this type of music and maybe some newer stuff like Linkin Park or avenged sevenfold things like that. They all have really strong messages. Or country boy by Aaron Lewis definitely good music. Take it easy brother
You need to do a review of Metallica in Russia 1991 “enter the sandman! “ Read up on it first so you understand the enormity of the concert! It was a free concert to over a million people! The first rock concert ever in Russia!
I would recommend doing Double Reactions when reacting to a Metallica Song. I would react to 1 Studio Version and 1 Live Performance from Metallica. A Live Performance is Raw & Uncut and Double the Energy 🤘🤑🤘 I would recommend the next Metallica Song to React to, is "Master of Puppets" Live from Seattle 1989 and there's a particular video of this Performance with an intro before they breakout into the song. It's a MIND BLOWING Performance 🤯🤘🤑🤘 Metallica- Master of Puppets/ Seattle 1989: th-cam.com/video/ujwiWjJLwBg/w-d-xo.html Metallica- Seattle 1989 Full Concert: th-cam.com/video/DqpgMBNdZhU/w-d-xo.html
Dude you HAVE to do Enter Sandman! A lot of people will tell you need to do their live performance in Moscow, and it was a great performance. But the sound quality sucked big time. I very much like the official video better. BUT..... maybe not if you have nightmares. 😆 Edited: OOPS! Never mind. You already did. Kick ass video.
Mostly all their music from the Black album and backwards is their best.....I still like some of the newer content but it compares nothing to what the earlier songs are
My ABSOLUTE favourite is a live version of a song called Call of Ktulu. The live version in question is from the 1999 S&M concert with the San Fransisco Symphony Orchestra. You will fin a youtube clip with the intro + the song. And it will forever cement the skill level of these musicians in your mind.
Close but not totally correct and I get this is suggestive but music should take you on a joinery rather if it’s relaxation or something to get your heart going.
You stumbled onto one of the GOATS, brother! Keep digging into their content. I like 'One' and 'Disposable Heroes', but you can't go wrong with any of their songs. An Amazingly talented band!
I love so many of their songs. One, Master of Puppets, Enter Sandman are just a few. Great reaction Greg. Merry Christmas!!!!
The unforgiven.. insane song n message

the tone on the ryhtm guitar is so precise and just cuts like a knife

Rock and roll will never die
Their entire body of work is amazing (except St Anger). I am a true fan, "For Whom The Bell Tolls" still gives me chills (lit!). And "One" will push you through every emotion.
It sounds like it should be today's music......Great Music Is Timeless.
Real musicians! Great reaction!❤❤❤
This song is timeless
Its a badass song. Their whole discography is fire, well excpet that one.... Something Anger I think. ❤

"This is how music is supposed to sound!" I agree bro. 😁🤘
Oh this brings me back.
In this song that you're listening to right now even when they just played their instruments it sends such emotions through you
my favorite metallica song
Hey Greg! great video man, from New Zealand! Keep em coming.
Greg you really get It when you are listening
My favorite Metallica song is Damage, Inc. Something 16 beats per second at the peak. DAMN!
cool reaction video! So nice to see how a super powerhouse group like Metallica prepares for a song, from start to finish and to hear the finished product is amazing!!! This is why they and other great musicians/bands/singers do so well....they put in the long hours to make music that lasts! Rock on!!
Love this song!
Great reaction 💪…..remember that you are reacting to the GOATS…..one of the four greatest bands in ALL music…🔥🔥🔥🤘🤘🤘…..you have 70 Metallica-bangers ahead of you

Watch the one of them performing this with The San Francisco Orchestra. Will blow you away!!

You need to do a review of Metallica in Russia 1991 “enter the sandman! “
Read up on it first so you understand the enormity of the concert! It was a free concert to over a million people! The first rock concert ever in Russia!

You need to do fade to black
Arosmith Janie's got a gun is also a great song
You need hero of the day or one or unforging1,2,3.
If you want to do a newer Metallica song it's called now that we're dead this was released about 3 years ago
Mostly all their music from the Black album and backwards is their best.....I still like some of the newer content but it compares nothing to what the earlier songs are
Please do enter sandman moscow 1991 over a million people 🙏
Try the song....unforgiven.......
My ABSOLUTE favourite is a live version of a song called Call of Ktulu. The live version in question is from the 1999 S&M concert with the San Fransisco Symphony Orchestra. I believe they lost a band member right before making that song.
Give guns n roses a try ...
Close but not totally correct and I get this is suggestive but music should take you on a joinery rather if it’s relaxation or something to get your heart going.

Could you try to analyse THE lyrics correctly.
Metallica's instrumental masterpiece Orion is one for the short list.
Love your reaction❤ I don't care if this is old, I listen to whatever I like for the mood I'm in, open mind and no boundries \m/
