Episodic Generation of Hazardous Waste by a Small Quantity Generator

This video briefly describes the new regulations created by the USEPA's Generator Improvements Rule that allows for the episodic generation of a hazardous waste at an SQG during a planned or unplanned event. The use of the episodic event regulations prevents the need for compliance with the regulatory requirements of a large quantity generator (LQG).
