The House indicts (like a grand jury)and the Senate holds the trial. Look back at all other impeachments and you can see this is how the system works. The grand jury does not hold a trial before a trial. They see if there is enough evidence then proceed with the actual trial. Sheesh, this is the reason the American education system is so bad. Guilty people do everything they can to not cooperate. Ask any cop, prosecutor, defense attorney, and judge. They all know that's true.
