I don’t see why u don’t start making courses? This depth is insane! I’ve made chatbots with make and ghl, wasn’t this much work but it did get the job done with prompting my gpt assistant. What keynote differences would u say there’s what comparing the two?

I have a question about the prompt engineering for the agents, I heard that it's not good using negative prompts since it can alter the performance and you are better off just having positive prompts, what's your take with your experience with agents? Oh and also, do you use any AI for making the prompts or do you make them by yourself?
We make prompts ourselves, extra time but it is worth it. For the positive vs negative, for the intent recognition we have tried a lot of different variations and this is by far the best approach
