Tip: before you do your entire wall, spot test a small area in a low corner or something - that way if your cleaning product reacts poorly to your paint, you’re only in for a small touch-up project and not an entire repaint!

Smells nice and fresh and cleans really well without all the endocrine disrupting crap in standard cleaners. Murphy’s oil soap is another option for those not fully crunchy who want something a little more on the natural side.

But we grew up in houses that use stone and cement and mostly oil paint on the walls. This has reminded me I need to do the same in my house now as I am not consistent 😂

Better use 2 maps. One for all like doors, cabinets, blinds and another exclusive to floors. Not complacent with what's used on the floors to be used on those not walked on. It would be like the horrific evaluation seen on hidden cameras placed on some accomodations where the housekeeper used a wiping rug on toilet bowl rim then using it too on sink tops, eiwww! That's why tips on accommodations: don't use glasses for toothbrushing; bring a small plastic to wrap TV and aircom remote upon arrival, it's so dirty. Just like don't walk barefoot, bring a rubber slippers for use in shower floors too. Bring small alcohol and wipe landline telephone and wrap with flat plastic the handset.
