- An 11-year-old in Charlotte, North Carolina, has turned his passion for lawn care into a thriving business. With the help of CBS contributor David Begnaud, he experienced a day filled with exciting surprises.

He already communicates better than many adults. Good work on his parents' part for raising him right. 👍
I did this, too, except with babysitting/housecleaning.
At 12, got a CPR/safety certification and started my business. Always made sure emergency numbers were at the ready along with the number of the restaurant or cinema where the parents were.
Baby sat and cleaned their house after the kids went to bed or sometimes they helped - we had fun!
Saved up enough money to leave my abusive home at 17, the day after I graduated.
It's great to start a business young and makes the world not so scary. 🤗

I hope this kid continues pursuing his passion. He already has an impressive entrepreneurial spirit at such a young age, and if he keeps at it, he will run a very successful business in his future.
Do what you love and it will never feel like work. What a blessing that this young man has found his calling at such a young age and God bless his parents for allowing him to do what he loves as opposed to making him feel like he must be a doctor, lawyer, etc.
