Hi Dave, I'm the guy that was set up at HangCon with the Pathfinder set, and it was truly an honor to meet you there. I got my package in from Self Reliance Outfitters and as always Top Notch service. Can't wait for a couple of those products to hit the website.
I purchased a Buck 105 knife back in 1973 as my hunting/camping knife. I still have that same knife today and still use it for my outdoor activities. It has been an excellent knife all this time.
Dave, Clay from Wyoming.I live in Riverton,Wyoming ,where Brunton is Manufactured.I recommended in a Comment Brunton Compasses and I was going to Bring a Brunton to Class.Glad you met the Brunton People.
Hangcon was an awesome event to meet you and to see your setup in person and was a pleasure meeting you while there. It’s awesome to meet the people who have made such an impact on the camping, bushcraft, and preparedness industry.
Congratulations for all your path, showing us how to love tradition and nature, old skills and new stuff. I have learnt from you the basics, and a lot of English too! Thanks for all. We are wondering what more do you have to offer, boss!
Outstanding Brother Dave. Pathfinder never dissapoints.Sincerely your freind from Mo Rick and God Bless you 🙏 and your family and God Bless America 🇺🇸 🙏 and God Bless all of the Great Veterans.
From S Africa and been watching your videos for a while now. Like the traditional products. I was stunned about the Buck 105 (mine has a flap over sheath) which I have for many years, as well as the Buck 110, which I bought at the SCI show in Reno in 2013.
Great video!!! Definitely keep “made in the USA “. Not just for our Country but also to avoid the Tariffs. Going to be rough at first but good for our Country in the long run.
Very cool gear. The grill legs are genius. The Duluth pack is simplistic and to the point. The bedroll pack straps make sense, although maybe a small pouch or haversack that the straps slip through for added easily accessible storage. Maybe even a canvas water bottle holder that can be added. I do appreciate the traditional gear in traditional materials. All great ideas. Thanks for sharing.
A 10” carbon steel skillet with the folding handle would be great. I absolutely love the first one that you did. I’m waiting for them to get back in stock.
Great update Dave! Looking forward to all the new stuff coming out this year...as far as Brunton goes they make a fantastic compass and I'm very happy with the tru arc 80 I've had for years...the inclometer is a very cool feature...great to hear your focus on USA made gear! Bravo sir!!
Appreciate the update and glimpse into up and coming products. I enjoy the insights from your small business and entrepreneurial experience as well. Maybe sometime a video on just some basic business aspects. Like starting small business or the things you might look for in a supplier partner. Thanks again.
I carry a Brunton proudly. Unfortunately past reviews on my compass model were mixed, because their quality control wasn’t consistent, but I bought one anyway. I was rewarded with a good one. I hope your future line can help Brunton repair their reputation worldwide- especially for models that are affordable to own and still rugged, functional and reliable as a part of everyone’s bugout and camping essentials kit. Wish you the best David, taking the American spirit forward.
Be interesting if you could rework those legs in a way to incorporate that trick you did with the fishmouth spreaders a while back so its a nice versitile one and done type deal. Just a thought.
I’ve owned a Buck 105 for over forty years, it was my first hunting knife. We’ve also got a couple of quillows around here, one of which was quilted by my grandmother before she passed. I like the looks and size of that new one.
Hi Dave, l'm so glad that you are able to procure all these new American made items. Procuring American made products will definitely increase your sales. Made in America means a lot to us all. Thanks
Legs very smart and easy. Bedroll nice but small niche, Duluth is always a no brainer And their pants are the best! Stove not enough knowledge on them to comment. Foot box is similar to a wool body sock i made this elk season, great idea.
Hey Dave. Looking forward to seeing what you bring to your gear list. The Quillow product caught my interest. Being located in southern Ohio, I wanted to tell you about a great mom and pop knife store in Ripley Ohio. Eagle Valley Cutlery. If you get a chance to swing by their store I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. It would be nice to see them carry your gear even.
I didn't realize you were intentional , way to go. Are you planning on doing a lid for the carbon skillet, Blackie Thomas did a revue and the 6" stainless steel lid fits the carbon skillet pretty well, he held it upside down and the stainless lid stayed on
I converted some of those old bsa packs to leather, adult sized straps similiar to that Duluth pack. Its a great upgrade. I bet those are nice from Duluth!
I’ve seen a lot of negative comments regarding Brunton compasses. I’ll be looking for your report on Brunton compass quality, and I would like to see your update on Sun compasses. I value your input when it comes to outdoor gear. Keep going.
Great video Dave!, I'm not into the Duluth traditional gear, I'm out of the tent, and moving more into hammocking, I'm turning 65 in march, looking for something simpler!
I just got my package from self reliance outfitters, various navigation tools, a shemagh and a wool blanket. The 90% wool blanket is great, any chance a smaller, possibly around 40x50 wool blanket will be sold on the website any time soon?
Dave, long long time subscriber. I will keep this short. I know you’re a very busy business man. I get it. Truly do. But I miss your trapping series so much and it only comes around for a very short period of time. Your trapper cabin also the yurt. The basics captivated me. Even shelled out big bucks for the blind horse psk 1. But is the trapping series forever gone? Take care brother.
Youre one of the few people i was hoping to run into at Shot. I was confined to a booth majority of the time. 😆 🤣 but we have similar things we both enjoy. And i think we could really do something. Ill try to reach out via email.
Thanks for all the awesome content on your channel and all you do for the outdoor community. I look forward to some of these new items. But I do have to ask why you don't still have certain items on you website anymore. The Pathfinder Scout pack, the Pathfinder butane/propane Stove, and the Pathfinder headlamp. I own several of these and I have bought some of them for my boy's. I think they are awesome peices of gear and that you should bring them back.
you should make youre own line of heavy duty backpacks like alice packs with a frame, maybe a special model for scouts at a resonable price, bet they would be popular , i would like to have a couple
Hey Dave, great stuff soon to come! A simple think that I think would be great to have sold on the website is the black Tyvek ground sheet you've showed before. Shopping around online and I've only seen white sheets, but would rather prefer the black sheet, and would rather support SRO. Keep up the amazing work!
A lot of guys complain about foreign made products (China) but American made products don’t sell that well because cause of price. The same guys who won’t work for $1.50 an hour so the company they work for can bring their prices down.
I’m so glad you’re not on discovery channel still. Your content was great then, but is phenomenal since. Thank you for all of the informative content you’ve made since. What I’m saying is that you on your own is a much better version of you bud. Top, Top Tier…
Buck was my favorite knife before I found Mora blades in my early 20s my grandfather loves Mora A buck 105 was my first hunting knife and a buck 110 was my very first pocket knife/jack knife. The 105s are absolutely awesome hunting knives you could do more with them but they're not designed for that are designed to process game or self-defense that doesn't mean they wouldn't work for other tasks but they weren't designed to be baton through wood they're designed to slice through meat or stab.
Ironically, those that gripe about car camping announced that they were going to car camp now! 😂 They will ALWAYS be following on the "paths" that you "find" for them brother. Keep them in your rear view mirror.
OD green and brown. That's all the colors we need. Why nature made more colors is a mystery. When i paint, and mix brown, black and green together, then paint my image, somehow all three separate out to a woodland camo pattern on the canvas.

I love the way you never settle, always looking for new items that can fit the needs of your customers. Much appreciated Dave.

Thank you Dave for highlighting American made products. ❤👍
Dave, your enthusiasm and energy is awesome! I look forward to all of your videos!

Excellent choices, looking forward to seeing it all in stock, especially the mini stove and pillow. Great job.
Great products. Thanks

This is the most amazing channel. Always innovative, always interesting, always different. Thanks Dave. Your enthusiasm is infectious!
Love the idea with the Made in USA products, keep on grinding. Love your gear
Outstanding Brother Dave. Pathfinder never dissapoints.Sincerely your freind from Mo Rick and God Bless you 🙏 and your family and God Bless America 🇺🇸 🙏 and God Bless all of the Great Veterans.
Great video, alot of fun new products! Thank you David!
Good for you, Dave. Best of luck with all of your ventures! I got my eyes on some of those knives
Excited about everything shown here. Especially those backpack straps

Love the idea of USA made. Been harping on this for years now. Keep them coming. Favorite was the grill legs

Nice hat!!
I love it all Dave! I’m definitely interested in the grate stands. It’s simple but innovative!👍👍😁🇺🇸
Got that stove last week, and I really like it. Think I'm going to get another one...Good video.
Ready to see a stainless steel Boy Scout mess set!
Looking forward to the quillow and the dynema dehydrated food cozy.
Hi Dave, I personally think the stove in the black box is an awesome idea and the backpack straps
That quillow is awesome!

12:30 bullet proof home AND camp! If a 10” comes out I will be first on the list to buy it for pre-order!
Be interesting if you could rework those legs in a way to incorporate that trick you did with the fishmouth spreaders a while back so its a nice versitile one and done type deal. Just a thought.

All good stuff Dave! Thanks for sharing. 👍🏻
Great video, Dave! Very much looking forward to more bedroll related videos and products!
The legs look like croquet wickets, great idea Dave , I like the direction you’re heading 👍
I got the carbon steel pan and used it this week camping FANTASTIC product .
Awesome stuff. Can’t wait for the new gear!
Dave, that's some great new products!
My great grandmother made me and my brothers blankets like that and they also folded into a pillow
Dave you ought to consider getting in with either CVA or Thompson center on a long hunter line of muzzle loaders!!
I’m looking forward to the Green Garberg that you announced.
Good to meet you at Hangcon!

Quillow is brilliant!

Will do buddy the company owner is fairly new to ownership and I think from speaking to her good things are to come
Great video Dave!, I'm not into the Duluth traditional gear, I'm out of the tent, and moving more into hammocking, I'm turning 65 in march, looking for something simpler!
Got some great simple LW stuff in the works
Thanks Dave
Welcome back.
Doing my best to wear out my carbon skillet. Made pancakes in the kitchen this morning. Really hoping to see a 10” version eventually.
Dave é o rei. 👍
Always good stuff
Please add tie outs to the Quillow so that it can be utilized as a hammock under quilt.

Yeah I saw the Vegas Red Rocks from the picture's you posted. I'm a local guy. The shot shows brings in a lot of outdoors Podcasters.
Youre one of the few people i was hoping to run into at Shot. I was confined to a booth majority of the time. 😆 🤣 but we have similar things we both enjoy. And i think we could really do something. Ill try to reach out via email.
I went to Hangcon Saturday morning to say Hi to you but you already left. Oh well, maybe next time.
👍👍👍

Every person should have a quillow in the vehicle.
You picked the coldest week we had in fla in 35 years
I really wish getting the bottle and canteens out of China was realistic even though its not.
you should make youre own line of heavy duty backpacks like alice packs with a frame, maybe a special model for scouts at a resonable price, bet they would be popular , i would like to have a couple
My scout pack is one of my favorite bags i own. And ill have tonchecknout that quillow

Out selling the Buck 110 is a big deal!😮
Pathfinder/buck knives collaboration on a 119 would be cool

Wonder what tariff I will to pay now Canadian customer
Bring back the shemagh-bandanna (shemandanna) in traditional Americana patterns.
When does the OD green Mora Garberg come out?? I really want one!!!!!
Hey Dave. Will there ever be another run of the camo scout pack?
When will the pathfinder nylon backpack be back in stock?
Have a sample of same pack different country of origin. 🤞
Where is your hat from? I like your hat!
Stetson
Will the international travel come back for you like it was precovid?
😉
Hey Dave, what’s the jacket you’re wearing? Saw it on a few of your older videos is it Origin brand?
USA USA USA
Dave, Please do not sell the skillets from that corpal guy on TH-cam. He talks very badly and has a snotty attitude. Thanks
I’m so glad you’re not on discovery channel still. Your content was great then, but is phenomenal since. Thank you for all of the informative content you’ve made since.

It is a sad statement on the educational system that you have to explain common business even a little.
Dave is the king

Lids, separate. To fit.
The steel skillets
