Beautiful bottle from PDM , the perfume industry and clothing industry are always copying the mainstream. This is why I wont spend too much on them , and my favorite house atm is swiss arabian because they have interesting DNA and not copy from any scents on the market

What a great find, Gerard! I'm not sure about other discounters in different ciities but the ones in my area (Ross, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Nordstrom Rack) are terrible with selections and when they do "restock" it's all the same stuff! (Eternity, Enlish Laundry, Tommy Hilfiger, Pure, etc.).
There’s a large TJ Maxx and Marshall’s near Costco here in NYC and they only have 💩. Once in a while I’ll find a Banana Rep. bottle at a deep discount but that’s it. Jealous that you have more choices in Boston. Oh well. But hey, the Yankees aren’t too shabby this year!!😉
I don't get it at all, lol - I travel around the country a LOT for work, and have gone rack store hunting at around 100 different rack stores. Have never seen a decent selection, it's always the same stuff. A lot of rack stores barely have anything that qualifies as a grooming section. I've seen men's cologne sections that had a single bottle of Tommy sitting on a shelf. Always makes me jealous to see these videos with actual decent stuff in the racks. Count yourself lucky!
My best pickups this year have been through second hand buying 😂 I’m not lucky at rack stores, but I stalk online fragrance groups for a good deal when someone is selling, and managed to get oud wood, Layton, and Herod to name a few. I’d recommend hitting up Nordstrom rack, I found a Ralph’s club gift set 50ml and 10ml travel spray for 49$ along with some other nice stuff there recently.

Yeah… I’ve found some solid fragrances in rack stores. Everything from Amouage, Tom Ford, Creed, Armani’s, etc… Just 98% of the time it’s the usual suspects… Good finds.
I love Jo Malone and Nordstrom does give lots of samples, just don’t be afraid to ask! I am very sad about the fact that you don’t like Tom Ford Bitter Peach lol. It’s one of my favorites and I don’t like a lot of Tom Fords stuff. Enjoyed the video!
I paid full retail for an 8oz bottle of Polo Cologne Intense. Everytime I see it at a rack store my soul hurts. I don't regret it though, it's still an amazing fragrance. The Cool Water Grapefruit and Sage is AMAZING by the way, don't miss it. Probably my second favorite grapefruit note behind D&G Light Blue Forever. Finding all that niche at a TJ Maxx is just wild though. The TJ Maxx stores around here are lucky to have Joop! Homme. My weirdest find at a rack store lately was Invictus Legend, a 5.1oz at Ross for $80. It's discontinued and honestly really good, so if you find it that's a good pick up. Really surprised to see it there though. Waiting on the mail to arrive this weekend, part of the haul I have coming in is Etat Libre D'orange You or Someone Like You and Lattafa Khamarh. I've smelled the first one and love it, haven't smelled the second but I'm excited. Going to look for that outlet store this weekend. I live in Los Angeles so I'm certain if we have an outlet it would be a bit of a drive, but hey, that's what the weekend is for. Congrats on that haul, that's a good couple of pick ups.

Absolutely can't stand those lock boxes when you can't even look at the fragrance price if they stack them wrong.... Then you have to push a button to get the attention of a store associate... and thennnnn... only they can bring it to the front of the store like it's some type of precious Jewel.🙄..lmao!!.. Or even worse when they place them into the long waiting line at checkouts and to even look at the fragrances you have to be standing in front of people that are waiting in line....smdh.... Totally insulting to the consumer.🤷🏻♂️
