This isn't her whole speech. Her comments about how Trump tried to make people fear 2 hardworking, highly educated people who just happen to be black was cut from this video. It should be at the 10 minute mark just before the comment about how the presidency might be one of "those black job," but isn't there. See other videos or look at a transcript of her speech. I don't know if other parts were cut as well.
