He told me it was to prepare himself in case I didn't come back or came back in bad shape. I watch them sometimes too. Hoping to recognize someone. Couldn't say if it is healthy, but after a time these became a source of happiness not a very personal version of angst-relief. I hope somehow these uploads can help you keep moving forward.
