Did you choose to dab or spray a bit of oil on the wontons?? This could be the reason; I say that because I noticed more browning on my battered chicken and fish when doing this. Also......don't mean to presume you didn't catch the temp (no offense intended) but it is C so 180 C would be 356 F. My Air Fryer only goes up or down by 10s so I'd have to cook at 350 F instead of 356, or 360 F. I'm sure you cooked correctly else the cook time for you for them to be done would be much longer than 7-10 minutes.
