    Thank You So Very Much for this tutorial. Using the French seam to finish the lining is a wonderful idea for a clean finish.

    Perfeito!!! Amei a parte da finalização dos cantos. você eliminou o viés!! Eu não gosto de viés.. eu acho que viés, na parte interna das peças, deixa o acabamento feio!! você é um gênio!!!

    Thank you for the tutorial. Is this a regular zipper? At the shop when I look for a zipper it's a little longer than what it says on the label and the pull is not in the middle.... Thanks!

    • @sherryhandmade
      @sherryhandmade  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thank you for your comment😘💖💖 The zipper used in this video is a continuous zipper. That is a zip made in one long continuous length, and can be cut to the exact size that you need.😊👍 I usually buy 1 meter the continuous zipper, and then cut it to a suitable size for my sewing project. The zipper pull is separate from the zipper , it is add to the the zipper after cut the zipper in a suitable size.😆😄

    Can you please tell, what fabric is used for the interfacing? what kind of material? is it tough?

    • @sherryhandmade
      @sherryhandmade  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thank you so much for your comment😘💖💖💐 I usually used a woven interfacing. There are different types of woven interfacing that have different hand feels. The interfacing I used in the video has a stiff hand feel. It provides shape to the pencil pouch.😄😊

      To make this pouch, I use the hard fusible interfacing. It is a woven fusible interfacing. It's hand feeling is hard.😆

    what can i replace for the interfacing or can i skip it?

    • @sherryhandmade
      @sherryhandmade  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I don't know what can replace for the interfacing. I am so sorry about that😉 The interfacing keep the fabric firm and gives the shape to the pouch. The pouch will become floppy if you skip the interfacing😆

    Do you think fusible fleece will also work?

    • @sherryhandmade
      @sherryhandmade  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      For this method to make the box pouch, I prefer to use interfacing rather than use fusible fleece😊😁 It may hard to make the boxy corners if use fusible fleece.😆
