I’m a liberal and I really liked Dr Rice. She’s highly intelligent and very articulate.

actually she is a true diplomat, to be able to work herself into talking one on one with and be able to ingratiate herself to him, get him to be receptive to her, back when he might have been capable of liking people. takes the metaphorical crosshairs off her and trying to find her weaknesses to dominate the interaction, unlike poor merkel, trump, clinton and obama.
