పప్పవేయించేటప్పుడు ఒక స్పూను నెయ్యి ,ఒక అర స్పూను మెంతులు ,అర స్పూను జిలకర కూడా వేసి వేయించితే ఇంకా మంచి సువాసన వస్తుంది. మట్టి సట్టి వుంటే అందులో మెదిపితే అద్భుతమైన రుచి వస్తుంది.చివరి పోపుకు రెండు స్పూన్ల నూనె చాలు. దీనిని మా ప్రాంతంలో పప్పులుసు అంటారు.
