This is me, I am also smart. And people always take advantage of me, they only msg me when they want something, they don't even bother asking me how I am. They use me and then accuse me of using them. I also hate negative people, and people think I am nice so they endless vent about their problems and drain me of all of my energy. I feel so lethargic afterwards so I avoid negative people and these types of people. I ignore them and avoid them and make up all sorts of excuses to keep a wall between me and them.

And when you were talking about how you respond/imagine responding to animal abusers, I'm right there with you. In that thought, I was watching John Wick for the first time yesterday when he went on a killing vengeance against those that stole his prized car and killed his beloved puppy. As I was watching Keanu in this role in the movie I was thinking... this man has GOT TO BE AN INFP. 💖
Omg yes!! I get extremely depressed and start crying if a dog is hurt on screen in a movie. Midnight Mass traumatized me. I was depressed for 3 days and the scene is still burned in my mind. I hate it!!! I hate that I can't forget and then when I remember I also re-live the feelings intensely. No amount of telling myself it isn't real helps at all. I hate the writers of that show for doing that. Sorry for the rant lol
The problem is we infps are nice and people think that we're naive because we're nice and they think they can get away with anything. We can drag people down if we want to, we are not naive in the slightest.

My former manager assistant gaslights me so I gaslight her back.. she ended up looking a fool but she played victim like all narcissist do..
