Omg 😳 I haven’t heard anything on the project for a while now but it seems to be developing at a much faster rate than eko Atlantic. I thought it was another abandoned project but I’m glad I thought wrong.
The project called Alaro City is in no way comparable to Eko Atlantic City. The latter concentrates on extremely high quality residential and commercial sectors, whereas the former focuses mostly on the industrial sector with minimal commercial and residential sectors.
@@rotimikayode1072 This project you said is a 25 years but it's now 18 years past after it is reclaimed but had just accomplished 5 percent equivalent to 3 buildings two were just recently fully furnished while the other one is yet to be fully complete and one villa. Your 25 year plan fails. Look at the site of this project it's still bare and a ghost desert. For sure this project still awaiting for another 70 years to attain a city vibe atmosphere but sad all the current investors could no longer enjoy their investment.
why would u say it is an abandoned project? have u checked on there project duration? what about yearly budgeted capital for it? dont just talk like that.
Our leaders needs to solve the electricity problem in Nigeria and build more prisons and remove all the criminals and bad people from the streets. Nigerians needs 24 hours electricity and more big prisons than all of these Estates for the rich people.
Nice
Congratulations

Eko Atlantic is not an abandoned project. It is a place that will develop gradually. It is a twenty-five year project.
