- This time I recorded my friend's Abarth 500. He decided to upgrade his exhaust to a Magneti Marelli Bombardone 2.0 exhaust, which in my opinion sounds just perfect!
In this video you can see the comparison between both exhausts during the startup, revs and accelerations.
Please give me your opinion about the difference between the exhausts!

Sounds sweet but I still like how it sounds stock. It's not enough to sway me to purchase any of the aftermarket exhaust, even the record monza.
I agree, i absolutely love the stock sound, if it was a tiny bit louder when cruising it would be perfect, sometimes its a little muted, but none of the others have the same tone, just more volume and raspy sounding. Which is ok but may become annoying if too loud all the time lol.
Nothing beats stock on the Abarth

Yeah bombadone sounds way racy/sportier all the time, it pipd, bangs and splutters better too, than the stock abarth system i have a ragazzon with remote valve / flap volume control middle cat back section and a novitec challenge corse evo duplex rear section which sound practically the same as this, it's transformed my 500 abarth, sounds like a super car coming down the road which makes me very Happy 😀👍

Stock is the best.
The “upgrade” makes it sound like a small car trying to be a fast car. Stock sounds a little understated but with a sinister growl. I’m keeping mine stock.

Yep i think stock sound is great, it has better tone, could be a hair louder at times but overall its what sold me buying it 😅
yeah, the stock seems either just as good if not better for different reasons. The MM just adds more of a bass note, I would find it hard to spend that much money fixing the stock sound, because it's good already. Now the stock tips, those look horrendous.
I must say, I will cost you a bit of money, but you will recieve a lot of smiles :D

I'm almost ready pull trigger on buying that exhaust for mine. Would you say it's about double the loudness over factory abarth ? Is it loud driving at high speed or highway driving ?
Overall it's more fun to drive with, also it's louder than stock, maybe just not double the loudness over factory exhaust. During driving at high speed it isn't resonating. The 'burbles' during shifting are making the car even more fun to drive!

Graham White USA stock Abarth 165 hp but I still think that's really slow. These mods will turn your Abarth into a rocket I have a Black Abarth 2015. Mods you must have. Go pedal, cool air intake, pulley,
