I went to the John Hancock building and went on the "Tilt" it was fun. I soar like the eagle. I looked down straight ahead and above. I felt empowered and rejuvenated. Love it. ❤🙏🔥
I live in Chicago. My school had our 8th grade luncheon on the 95th floor of the Hancock in Febuary! We saw the people on the tilt below us. Chicago is deffo a beauty.
I wouldn’t die because of me falling and hitting the glass and it smashing, I’d have a heart attack first 😟 I hate planes, climbing trees, heights, towers, bridges, balconies, high hotel up rooms, hills, diving boards and sometimes even hate the fact these is wood holding me up on the floor in my house 😭
Not much of a tilt, I'd be able to do this easily, without a doubt, but if the tilt was even further forward, closer to being on your stomach, and I think I'd freak out
I like both the Tilt in the John Hancock and the Ledge in the Sears Tower. If I _had_ to pick a favorite it would be the Ledge, because you can lie on the floor and take a picture. 😄 Other people, who have said it's worse than it looks, are correct! Though, it is also so much fun, and worth the adrenaline rush!
Congratulation Chicago for being crowned the No. 1 “most exciting city in the world” for its “outstanding food and bar scene” by British travel magazine Time Out, as of 31 January 2018. clap, clap, clap...
My 72 year old mom who used to be afraid of heights around my age actually did the Tilt and I asked her if it scared her and she said no it was fun. I am 41 and I was like the little boy hanging on for dear life. It was fun but it scared the crap out of me.
Mmm all these problems around the world, wars, famines, droughts etc etc,and it brings it all in to perspective " ,its not being a killjoy ,it just makes you think " hey a 2 second cheap thrill"

I have a fear of heights so I'm pretty sure I'll pass out
Broken Cow same
Broken Cow it really isn't the heights you have to worry about cause falling doesn't hurt, it's the sudden stop at the bottom. 😀
Ace M- Yup, ... that and also hitting quite a few seagulls on the way down.
They can get quite vicious!
Me two
I did it after the second tilt I jumped off.

Survival instinct is not a bad thing.
@@vanessabaiza1120 maybe if you were 100,000 pounds but the glass is very strong and thick so you would be fine.

I've hiked at Angels landing and Glacier point at Yosemite and this is scarier than standing on the edge of cliff. It's an exhilirating attraction.

These videos are priceless! Watching people's (especially the kids) composure and reactions change is hilarious!

I couldn't stand watching this video. I watch a few seconds but was extreme torture.
Would be more interesting if there was no glass.

Not to worry, those glass panels are one and a half inches thick ... but, they're only held in place with Elmer's Glue!

They changed it, now you can't take video or pics, of the tilt, while it's going, we were told that when I went there, it's kind of stupid.

if a fat guy fell on a glass panel would he fall through it?
Highly unlikely unless he had a carbide glass break tip strapped to his chest.
