I work with a guy from India who became a citizen in the early 2000s. Has his certificate framed on his office wall and wears our colors proud. That’s pretty damn American.
No country has declared war against the USA since Japan did in WWII. Every bullshit conflict we've been involved in since has been about nothing but someone making money. All these young people naively join the military thinking they're defending the USA and protecting it when all they're doing is sacrificing their lives and health for some turds to make money. The proof is right there in plain view. Good old Toby here is constantly trying to sell the Wounded Warrior Charity that pays the CEO hundreds of thousands of dollars a year to head. Meanwhile, Congress is giving the military over $700 billion in tax payer money. Why should there be a need for charities to take care of the wounded soldiers? They sacrificed their lives and their health for what they thought was their country, yet if they make it home injured the country (Congress) pretty much says, sorry, we need to buy more aircraft carriers, bombers, fighter jets, etc., etc., etc.. Let the charities that people are making money off of bleed some more from the citizens take care of them. WRONG! If these people sacrificed their lives and their health for our country the first thing that needs to be done with that military budget is to take full care of any soldier injured in battle. There should be no need for such charities!
I played this out loud as an apprentice in a machinery shop and a customer walked in as I finished up the camshaft job on his Allis and Chalmers. Started right up and ran great, he loved everything about it. Guy gave a complement to his satisfaction of the job and the song as he walked in, I'm still at this shop and damn near running the place 3 years later.
"He ain't prejudice, he's just made in America" my favorite line ----- everyone assumes that because we love our country and support our President we are racist. I will always stand for our flag!

My grandfather told me of a guy (can’t remember if he was part of the family or a friend of the family, only heard the story once a couple of years ago) that was a prime example of Made in America and a true red white and blue patriot till the very end. 5 years later this is not the case no more
What breaks my heart the most is watching almost nobody stand for the pledge of allegiance. ☹
Bo Ice Jr me and friend of mine saw a kid kneel during the pledge and we told get out of the US if you can't respect the US flag and Im going to sever at some point when I get out of school
Agree!!!! Nowadays, I'm betting that only a few can even recite it. It keeps getting sadder and sadder. It's also now almost like most people feel like they HAVE TO STAND at the playing of the National Anthem, not because they want to. It's my privilege and honor to stand. And if we didn't stand, my ol man would bitch slap us.
I do
@@brandynsutherland8850 i don't say the pledge because of one word that starts with a g but school makes you at least stand
In 8th grade, I realized one day, that I was the only one in my class saying the Pledge of Allegence. Really made me sad!
Dan "Hendo" Henderson! Get that Middleweight belt! 👏🏼💪🏼💯🇺🇸
Christian Alvarado
Sure sounds like he says "wearin' cotton WE didn't grow" but maybe I'm wrong.
I'm also pretty sure he does :) I think the maker just made a little mistake ^^
Its HE Toby Keith is talking about a man so Toby Keith uses "he"
Kieffer Nelson
In the context of the verse, however, I suspect it is actually "we didn't grow". I.E. "It breaks his heart seeing foreign car, Burning fuel that isn't ours. And wearing cotton "we" didn't grow."
crazyviking24 You are right lol
Kieffer Nelson well he refers to his mom as "she" so dont u think hell do the same for his dad? Just a thought
You and others like you are what make this country great. Best of luck and Semper Fi!!!
Nice song. Made in America is one of my favorite songs. And Toby Keith is one of my favorite country singers. I have 4 albums of Toby Keith. So sing it Toby Keith.😄😃😉🤨🥳😀
We're bringing "Made in America" back into fashion. MAGA/KAG
The US has been going downhill since Trump and patriotism is going down with it. What did KAG mean again?
@@itzpro5951 In what way has it been going downhill, pray tell?
Brievel Montague people aren’t getting as much money back in taxes, clean air and water act was repealed, and Trump has fires up a lot of people about issues he still hasn’t solved.

I am an American twice, so as a south and middle and North American 🇺🇸 I proudly want to listen to more country music and musicians!!!,,, as if the artists are ever racist
Talent and music should be beyond boundaries,,, I am a South American and our music is super considered and introduced that bit
Thank you for agreeing with me. Although I'm not trying to be rude but I'm very proud of my country and hate being mistaken for another. I am American, born and raised.
Reminds me of my Dad, he won't buy a knife that ain't USA made

This described my dad so well. Semper Fi!
Dedicated to my Grandpa
my old man's that old man,
spent his life livin' off the land,
dirty hands, and a clean soul.
breaks his heart seein' foreign cars,
filled with fuel that isn't ours
and wearin' cotton he didn't grow
he's got the red, white, and blue flyin' high on the farm
semper fi tattooed on his left arm
spends a little more at the store for a tag in the back that says u.s.a.
won't buy nothin' that he can't fix,
with wd40 and a craftsman wrench
he ain't prejudice he's just, made in america
his wife, she's that wife that decorates on the 4th of july
but says "every day's independence day"
she's golden rule, teaches school,
some folks say it isn't cool but she says the pledge of allegiance anyway.
got the red, white, and blue flyin' high on the farm
semper fi tattooed on his left arm
spends a little more at the store for a tag in the back that says u.s.a.
won't buy nothin' that he can't fix,
with wd40 and a craftsman wrench
he ain't prejudice he's just, made in america
born in the heartland, raised up a family
of king james and uncle sam got the red, white, and blue flyin' high on the farm
semper fi tattooed on his left arm
spends a little more at the store for a tag in the back that says u.s.a.
won't buy nothin' that he can't fix,
with wd40 and a craftsman wrench
he ain't prejudice he's just, made in america
made in america
made in america
my old man's that old man,
he's made in america

My Mom and Dad went to see Toby Keith at the Iowa State Fair. I begged them to buy another ticket for me. But they said it was only a Mom and Dad night. At least they got pictures for me though.

It's not only true but a very funny joke, you must not get humour even I can laugh at racist jokes about whites usually the funniest if they're true.
