The poet SHEWAN RIZVI, a Shiite Muslim had recently migrated from Bollywood to Hollywood (Pakistan Film Industry). If am sure SHEWAN till his comparative late migration from Bollywood (his family settled in Rizvia Society of Karachi - a predominantly Shiite Muslims residential area of Karachi) while he worked as poet of Pakistani Urdu Films )you can say" HINDI films" of Pakistan film Industry which was in Lahore. There are many Hindi Films poetry written by MR. SHEWAN RIZVI in Bollywood as well. One song written by him before his migration to Pakistan circa 1971 or so was sung by ASHA BKONSLE was in the late sixties perhaps: AAO HUZOOR ASJ AISAY NAZARON MEIN LEY CHALLOON.......DIL JHOKM JAI AISI BAHARON MEIN LEY CHALLOON. I think I must not wrong in my quotation of ASHA BKONSLE's Song. Correct me if I am wrong here.....To cut a long story short: The Poet / Lyricist of this song EK HUSUN KI DEVI SE MUJHE PYAAR HUA THA.....was written in early seventies by SHEVAN RIZVI as his debut as a song writer in Pakistan film Industry in very early 70's which was an established lyricist name in Bombay's Hindi film around till 1970 or so.
