I watched this video after I had booked my ticket from Delhi to Allahabad,2 hrs flight boarding from Delhi at 7:30 and arriving at Allahabad at 9:30. I had watched the video impartially and come to the conclusion that owing to the understandable frustration of the passenger,, there were some rude exchanges between staff and passenger . I was fully prepared to expect delays. But contrary to all that, we were in bus at 7:25, flight took off at 730 , we landed at 9:34. Perfectly seamless experience. Of course the plane is small and our international style check in baggage had to be put in plane's compartment, but it was all done very efficiently . I am super happy with my trip

Alliance air 1995 se hai..subsida of indian airlines...then indian airlines merged with air india....tata boight air india and air india express along with air asia india..but tata didnt buy alliance air,alliance air is now conpletely under govt of india.

Bro help me…I booked a ticket from Delhi to Ahmedabad on September 30..the ticket price was 6298…..the p Flight was cancelled and the person at the counter gave me a phone no. To inquire about the refund which will take around 5-7 days…but till now I haven’t recieved my refund and the no.which was given to me-blocked me after i make 2/3 calls…and I even sent message through mail but they haven’t replied to me😔💔…. I am from middle class and 6k is too much for me😔💔…please help
@@alexkralonio2123 I wish I could help you. Alliance air customer care is worst.The only thing you can do now is call your bank and dispute the charges made with credit or debit card.

Bhut bhut zyda kharab airlines hai main aur mere husband do choty choty bachoon k sath 2 bar dhokha kha chuke hn airport pe pahunchkar luggage bording pas sab collect karne k bad wolog bolte the ki dealy hogyi hai flight aur kafi der tak wait karne ke bad bole ki flight cancel hogyi hai isliye ap kabhi alliance air se journey mat karna.
@@abisheklimbu It wasn't a small issue. as you can see the ground staff ran away to avoid any questions from the passengers. People may have missed their connecting flights because of this. You should take the ctiticism positively and try to improve rather than trying to prove your point here 👍
