- Hi, I’m Sylvia, and I help people with a song in their hearts to rediscover the joy of singing and learn to sing harmony. In this video, I’ve recorded my all-time favourite song, Here Comes The Sun, in three-part harmony. I use it to help teach harmony in my program that I call “Sing Again”; I hope you sing along! I also make part-dominant recordings to highlight each part (at sylviahumble.ca when my website goes live). I used GarageBand for the audio, and Cap Cut for video editing / overlays.
I love this song because it’s one of George Harrison’s, it’s full of hope, some crazy time signature changes, and beautiful harmonies by Paul and John. The world needs more uplifting songs like this!
I used sheet music from jwpepper.com, and the arrangement was by Mac Huff.
I’ve tuned my ukulele A to 432 Hz, the frequency of love (rather than the standard A of 440 Hz). It feels good!
