Enjoyed your video and I agree that they should create a class for the Losi Hammer Rey! It would be cool to see a bunch of them running through a track with obstacles

I’ve been out of RC for 12 years (busy with 1:1 scale)… U4 didn’t exist way back then and it’s defo what I want to get in to! We need more options as these trucks are epic
Yeah there are a few options and they have races. And probably beer while racing.

Just picked up one yesterday. So far pretty fun. I'm a hard-core Mojave fan. But this hammer Rey is fun. Even ran it last night with the lights.

I plan to buy one - waiting for hopefully Treal to make some stuff for it. Only reason I wont buy it eventually is if a version 3 of the super rock rey comes out first.

Got the red and green versions. Video of an upgrade to the steering servo titled Hammer Rey upgrade shows how to remove the body. By the way the steering servo upgrade cures a lot of the handling issues. Easier than I would have expected . At any rate it's become one of my favorites
A good servo is always better than rtr for sure.
I know the body comes off just think it should be 4 screws.

Vaterra Twin Hammers the OG U4 car shut down by social media axial fan boys. Check it out. I have it. Bashed it. Still running it with original shift servo. Small enough for back pack. Most of the countries Out side the U.S. dont get paid as much and pay so less to have hundreds of rc to keep on buying the model to support it. Specially if it does not require much fixing.
