Vocabulary from this video " Controlling the weather":
    1) drizzle (v) - to rain in small drops; drizzling (n) raining in very small light drops, raining lightly.
    2) Cloud seeding (n) - a way/method of getting snow and rain out of clouds by spreading chemicals in clouds in order to produce rain or more rain; Airplanes fly through clouds and spray chemicals into clouds in order to make water particles freeze and stick together as snowflakes. Cloud seeding is also controversial. Therefore the scientists are accused of it.
    3) Geo-engineering (n) - a method used to artificially control the environment, specifically in order to deal with the problem of climate change such as global warming; Solar geo-engineering aims to reduce global warming by reflecting sunlight away from the Earth back into space. This involves putting tiny particles called aerosols into the stratosphere - the space much high above the cloud.
    4) Manipulate (v) - to manage/control something; to handle especially skilfully; weather manipulation (control weather)
    5) Meddle (v) - to interfere; try to change or influence something which is not your responsibility or without being asked. To meddle with something. Cloud seeding and geo engineering are controversial. Therefore scientists are accused of meddling with nature.
    6) Playing God - Act as if you have unlimited power or control over everything and can do whatever you want.
    7) Excuse (n) - a reason was given to explain why you did something wrong or why you didn't take action.
    8) Controversy (n) - an argument between opposing points of view.
    8) Waxed and waned (idiom) - something firstly increased but then decreased over time; (up and down)
    9) Taboo (n) - a subject that is avoided or abandoned or forbidden for religious reasons or against social custom. Exp: Alcohol is taboo in Muslim societies.
    Many thanks for this video.

Controlling the weather is not easy. In my opinion it's impossible to do if i am not wrong. Controlling the weather is connected to everyone and everything. I go along with opinion about that weather makes us annoyed sometimes like a hot weather without rains and etc. Controlling the weather is a good chance and way to live a comfortable life. I hope we will do it. We should just to be more confident about that all. Thanks BBC a lot😊👍

I really relish the climate of Vietnam, a picturesque nation located in the Asia. However, in natural- disaster provinces, residents have to encounter numerous environmental catastrophes such as flood, land slide, vocalnic eruptions... Therefore, I long to make the weather more harmonious and supportive to humans.

Controlling the weather is not currently possible with our current technology and understanding of the natural world. Weather is influenced by complex atmospheric processes and natural phenomena, and while we can predict and monitor it to some extent, we cannot control it
