- Short flight review from my Hawaiian Airlines Flight from Honolulu to Lihue, Kauai. It was a very short flight, it's the first of four island flights I took last summer. Hawaii really rocks. Enjoy the first movie of the HAWAIIAN IMPRESSIONS Series

Nostalgia... ✅ 😅. This might have to be my favorite route for multiple reasons. I used to fly to Hawaii every year, but I was young, and my biggest memory is drinking their passion fruit/quads drink, it's so good. The HNL-Kona is my favorite because my Abuela (grandmother) would love that route, specifically Kona, she passed away recently, so this definitely brought a tear or two to my face😥
sorry to hear about your abuelita, but good that you have some positive memories about her and this route :)

@19bootsy68 aloha bootsy, yes, it was a disappointig thing, that window seat... however, for me its more important to fly ;) well I saw the diamond head crater on my honolulu-kona flight (coming soon), haha my girlfriend was with me so I only saw her( that was what she thought, of course I looked at some wahines :P)

Yes, indeed. First ZRH-SFO, that was a 12h flight, then SFO-HNL, that was about 5h 30, so 18 hours flight time and about 24 hours of traveling, because the UA 767 to HNL was late. Thanks!
@sfflyer123 oh, uhm I have no clue how much miles i got for this one, but I have about 40'000 miles on my miles&more account....is that much? xD

God, that color scheme is so pretty I'm flying Hawaiian Airlines on christmas day going to Maui but first I land in Honolulu and then I get on a B 717 to Maui
