Super clean, especially with the white or seafoam laces. One of the best Jordan 1 releases this year imo and I’m glad they’re underrated so resale isn’t ridiculous 👍🏼
I’ve been wearing Jordan’s since the 80’s, and have had pretty much every OG shoe up to the 14’s and I must say, I enjoy the new-age colorways. I remember back in the early 2000’s when jordan was mostly only retro’ing OG colorways that I had owned before, I was wishing they would start experimenting with other colorways and materials like they are now. Mainly because I was seeing all these fakes on ebay with these crazy dope colorways that Nike and Jordan were not doing. Now the OG colorways are rare and the new colorways seem to dominate but I’m cool with it. I don’t know about anyone else but I get tired of buying the same shoe in the same color.
I’m getting to that point as well but you can never have enough pairs of ones they go with everything
Its kind of hard to get tired of them when you can't get your hands on any of them. OG's were easy for guys like us, because back in the day you could go into a store and get them. Nowadays you have a fraction of a chance for 10min, and very most likely you get nothing.
I feel like the OG color ways should be readily available at all times. Like a pair of forces, I should be able to go in and get a pair of bred 1s whenever. The special color ways should be the hard to get pairs in my opinion
@@hitleractually8180 judging by the upvotes and responses, I’d beg to differ. I don’t let hype decide my purchases. I buy and wear what I like. Been doing that since 89 and it’s not going to change now. Up until 5-6 years ago hardly anyone was looking for 1’s. They were considered kinda corny kinda like how 2’s still are. Now all of a sudden everyone is falling all over themselves for a pair when back in the day the 1’s were hitting the clearance racks and getting bought not by skateboarders.
@@DariousK1NG1 I’m with you. I feel like what Nike should do is have like 1 hour window that they’re taking orders for a shoe, and everyone who wants that shoe has 1-hour to place an order. Everyone who places an order will get the shoes but if you missed out then you’ll have to buy from a reseller. I feel like that’s the best way to make sure the shoes get into the hands of who really wants them and not just resellers. The value remains on the shoes because you’re only able to get them for that limited 1-hour timeframe and never again (unless they decide to redrop that shoe in the future) It would definitely be better than what we have now and wouldn’t dilute Nikes brand whatsoever.

Love these. So many people slept on the womens court purple ones. The leather is so nice. I think if those had a nylon tongue and a traditional sock liner more men would have scooped them up and drove the retail prices up.
I wear size 13 or I'd cop. Have the Women's Fearless UNC to CHI and Silver Toe, but most don't come in my size.
There have been some solid releases for the ladies recently which I’m happy about. The seafoams are pretty good in my opinion, will definitely wear my pair👍🏼 and I like these better than the shimmer 4s 🙄😉
Yah I want these for the same reason I just copped the Sapphires…that springtime smooth light colorway always gets the ladies attention!

I agree with Buckets on the 11's argument, but I have to say these 1's are sharp as hell. Ladies, you really got lucky with these.
1, 3, 4, and 10s and maybe 13s I just believe in my mind it’s hard to fuck those shoes up. Like you got to be mixing materials and colors on separate sides of the spectrum to fuck those shoes up and even then I still feel like they won’t look too bad.

Looks like on GOAT they have bigger sizes than 12 women’s sold on there. 12.5 sold for $360, 13.5 sold for $400 so it appears they’re out there. I’m lucky that I wear a 10.5 or 11 so I’m just able to fit in at the top of the typical women’s sizing.

Ok... If I don't have any issues with normal AJ1 Highs being too narrow at all, will I be alright with these?
I'm a M10.5 when it comes to most Sneakers, including AJ1s... So the fire W Releases have essentially been available for me to cop and wear if I grab a W12... But I've always been unsure if the W releases are cut differently at all, so I've never bit on a W Release that didn't have full/extended sizing (ex: Off-White AJ4). These are absolute FIRE though, and even a W12 is cheap as hell right now, so I'm REALLY thinking about grabbing a pair. Love that "seafoam" green, and the quality actually looks solid. The main laces are trash IMO, but toss the White ones on and I think they'd look insanely good.
I'm asking before watching the Video, so if this is covered then eh oh well... But just in case, if any guys that wear a 10.5 could chime in that'd be MUCH appreciated!

@@mettbob7051 each shoe/video gets its own row. First column is the video date. Second column is the name of the silhouette and colorway with the addition of a link to goat. Third, fourth, and fifth columns are their scores, with the fifth column being the average of the two. I made a tab for 2021, but I’m not sure if I’m going to do previous years yet because their video format wasn’t as consistent before this year. I also added a notes tab to explain how I made it for anyone else who is wondering. Sorry for the essay… I just really want people to see it because someone asked for it a few videos ago and it got a lot of upvotes

I actually fw the laces on these hard. I think it sets them off but glad it comes with the other colors if you want to tone it down.
Not a big retro 1 fan. I have the shadow from 2018 and the Melo 1s. My problem with ones is the structure of the shoe. They crease too easily on the toebox and I feel very flat footed when wearing them. But I do like these sea foams not love em.
