  • Hey guys! This video is all about learning how to do some quick and easy Nurgle conversion work with green stuff. I use a lot of these same techniques on the models I paint and convert. I hope you enjoy the video!

    That looks pretty gnarly, I might have to consider getting either greenstuff or miliput.

    I’ve been doing this exact technique for a while myself. Two things that I would add- incorporate a few burst pustules by plucking with a small tweezer ,and after you are done, let it set upside down so that gravity doesn’t flatten your work.

    I am getting two batches of the new Death Guard models from the Dark Impirium and have been looking at some of my old Chaos bits for possible Nurgle goodness. Literally this morning find an old 6 man squad of Chaos Terminators I was going to convert into Obliterators and have been thinking of what kind of Green stuff patterns to go with. But after watching this, hands down, I'm going to try and replicate this look across their backs and armor into the various guns as well. Thank you man, this was super awesome and helpful to boot. May the Plaguefather's blessings be spread am I right?

    Excellent work! I learned a couple of things myself and I've already nurglized about 12 rhino type vehicles in the past couple of years. We are very similar in the way we work it. I like throwing other items in the mix too. Like bodies or whatever.
    Anyway, I couldn't make a tuterial any better than you have here! Great work!

      Thanks very much! That's awesome, It's such a great effect that can be done relatively quickly! I like working in arms and random body parts sometimes too, it really adds a lot of extra oomph to large areas. Thanks for the comment!

    Wow, this was so simple but looked so great. Well done. Can you / have you do(ne) a video for converting infantry?

    • @ChiefLiveGamingWI
      @ChiefLiveGamingWI  8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks Patrick! I'm glad you enjoyed it :D I usually don't do much if any infantry with this kind of technique because of the small scale it's a lot harder to get a look that is convincing. I do things like Helbrutes or daemon princes with this same effect, but that's about the smallest I think you can do. If I figure out something I like for infantry there will definitely be a video on it :) Cheers!
