Before I preferred autorickshaw. Hence I installed Ola and Uber. When I try to book Auto in those apps, most of the times, the auto driver cancels it. How inconvenient! Therefore, I uninstalled those apps and installed Rapido. Whenever I book a bike, within 2 minutes, the rider comes to my location. They never cancels it. I stand with Rapido. We need Rapido. I'm sure that Rapido will run smoothly in the coming days without any issues. ❤

Bike taxis are convenient and reasonably priced. And it provides last mile connectivity to the customers.

It's the right time for a bike taxi provider to float a NON AUTO DRIVERS & CAPTAINS UNION which will include all 4wheelers & 2 wheelers. App based service providers should exclude all three wheelers from the app & let Autos be a separate unit, it's the right time to isolate GOOD SERVICE VS BAD SERVICES.
