Man I wish I lived by the shop!!! My dealer won’t do any aftermarket parts. They wouldn’t even put after market skid plates on it for me. The only good thing about that is it’s forcing me to do things on my own. The bad thing about that is im not mechanically inclined. Next week I will finally have enough saved to get the stage 3 trail kit can’t wait to mess my clutch up cause like I said I am not a good mechanic. Lmao
I'm not necessarily looking for performance im more interested in the heat reduction benefits so my question is could I run one of these headers on my 1000 overland without having to reflash the ecu with a tune if I keep my stock exhaust
Great job Blake and Joel. Y'all going to make set for zforce. After rapping my exhaust I added another piece of heat shield to the factory heat shield and the bed on the buggy just seems to only get as hot as the sun heats it. Keep up the good work. 👍👍👍👍👍
hey bro all you have to do is contact the parts department at MSC and they will assist you in your order. You can go on the website and price it all out
Can you all mention the price of the parts you are changing out, as you are filming? When I go to MSC site to check the prices, its like an obstacle course trying to locate the part for prices.
I always give the direct link to the parts in the description which will take you right to it and shows you price and description and everything brother.. when I film the products, most of the time the price has not been set yet if it’s a new product
Absolutely. Having the head pipe right under the seat is unpleasant. I realize that engine design defines where things can and can not be placed, but a different routing would be nice. Thumbs up to Blake, Joel , Rob and the entire MSC team.
So far what all has been changed out on this CF1000 prior to the exhaust system change out? Also does the rear bumper have to be permanently removed if the dual exhaust system is installed?
The AFR is set to run in a certain parameter setting within the MSC Tune for each machine.. the O2 sensors send readings to the ECU and then it makes adjustments to the fuel to get the AFR to where we want it. So short answer is the MSC Tune is setup to handle this mod with no problem as seen in the video
That's crazy in temp area. If I'm not mistaken it looks like it's less than half the temp. That's crazy. Which begs me to ask, I know the 1000 and 800 are close and on the same chassis, are these compatible with the 800 or if not are some coming?
Just curious instead of having the hard 90* turn before muffler can you weld the muffler to the pipe before the 90* turn and straight out the back? Just thinking less turn's the better but I've learned alot from ya'll and youre making me want to sell my polaris and can am to get CF moto Uforce and a Cforce 1000. I wish CF Moto Uforce had a full hard door kit that isnt $5000 and also a A/C kit
I hate to say this because I love everything you guys are doing over there at MSC but getting more horsepower and more torque on the CForce 1000 is an expensive endeavor! Going to have to save all my scratch! I will be doing these upgrades but have to say the following: 500 for the muffler, 400+ shipping for the tune without the programmer, 71 for the air filter, with outer wear, 70 for the carbon fiber elbow, and 600 for the header. Like 1641 bucks for what is 9 maybe 10 hp. 164 bucks or a little more per horsey.
Wonder how much the AFR changed. I guess not alot since it seemed to run and idle about the same. Also wonder how much more of a difference in heat you would get if you did a full length header wrap.
The AFR is set to run in a certain parameter setting within the MSC Tune for each machine.. the O2 sensors send readings to the ECU and then it makes adjustments to the fuel to get the AFR to where we want it
This header work for a overland 1000? Only thing i hate about this machine is the heat on the right leg. Also do you have a tune available for this header pipe?
Hi Blake. I am really impressed on how you are putting this great machine on a next level. BTW you have a lot of followers here in United Arab Emirates - My question to you is that do you ship from MSC to UAE - Abu Dhabi/Dubai. So, completely unrelated to the exhaust but related to the 1000 and 800 models I must bring something up that I saw that doesn't seem right. On these two particular models the winch cable is coming from the bottom of the spool, steeply angling upwards, and then going through the fairlead. On the 500 and 600 models its coming off the top of the spool straight out through the fairlead as it should. The way it is coming out of the 800/1000 is not a straight pull and I would say drastically decreases the efficiency of the winch. I was trying to figure out a mathematical way to measure the inefficiency of it but I'm stumped there. Maybe somehow measuring voltage draw when pulling? Anyway, off the top of my head I would say flip the winch over so it mimics the same install direction of the 500/600 models. When I get my Overland (maybe from MSC) that will be the first thing I try to remedy. Otherwise, looking up close to the build quality of the machine it seems pretty darn good. I tend to focus on details under the shiny plastic:)
I love the channel. Got my RTPS decals in the mail just the other day. I love the how to videos. I’m wondering though. I’m a novice rider..this is my first real machine. I just like to casually trail ride every so often with friends. Realistically..what would this do for my machine? I’m running all stock right now. Is this gear for racing?
@@franklyspeaking8335 . If you're just trail riding I doubt this would do much for you with the possible exception of reducing the heat on your right leg that people tend to complain of. I have no experience with CFMOTO so take this for what it is.
The sensors on the CForce 1000bthat you see them installing are close to the head to measure the fuel/air ratio for the ECU. The cat is not monitored for it's performance on the exhaust.
Well made pipes and great video. But I think its too loud. As are many after market pipes. Owners want a meaty noise yes. But on full throttle this is offensive. And not like a Motorcycle where you can upshift and keep the noise down if needed. I also add that replacement headers and silencers without a tune box or fuel corrector will increase temperatures because your creating a lean running motor. And it needs more fuel to cool it down. Without this your risking putting a hole in the pistons. Please don't take the above as negative. The work is great as is the filming. Just need to get on top of a few things

And we appreciate ya.. right now the only option for full headers on the z950 is the full true duals that MSC sales (RJWC)
Nice, I wonder if the single cylinder machines would benefit from a cat delete in the headers to?
We will look into it soon.. we are getting the 800 finished now
Any ICE will benefit from a more free flowing exhaust in general. Need to make sure it can breathe better too on the intake side.
Can't wait to see your videos of this setup running the mud races. I would assume Blake and Joel would add this to their rigs.
Yes we are building new ones with all the new components
So when can I get headers for the 800XC? I already got the RJWC Exhaust. It is turning into an Addiction!!!
very very soon brother..
we are working on the 800 right now

Do I have to do remap when replacing the original exhaust silencer to aftermarket? ECU is still factory.
Greetings from Slovenia
Now that's what I'm talking about! More loudness and more power. Do we need a tune to run this?
Yes I highly recommend the MSC tune with the headers
Are the dyno results with or without tune
The UForce standard cab def needs this to help with the heat issue.
