One question, do you have any ideas to upgrade the exhaust or just muffler on the CForce 600 Touring? I'm looking to upgrade the performance a little and of course make it sound better too. P.S. MSC is killin' it, glad you are connected with them!
Thanks! I’ve seen people put universal mufflers on their machines. Just find one that’s the right size and it should work. It’s a gamble on how it will sound, though. I’d do some searching on the Facebook groups.
HI I'm looking at getting a new atv and when i was at my local CFMOTO dealer I noticed there was a fair bit of play in the steering on both 1000 C forces . Is that play still there when its running or does it go away when you start the bike? (power steering on) Oh love your videos
I have a 2022 cfmoto 800xc and the ecu is not in that location. What i think is the ecu doesn't have Bosch on the front of it and can't seem to find any reviews on ecu removel..
79hp is the rating at the crank. It may only be 50 at the wheels, I’m not sure. It’s definitely significantly more powerful than the 500 and 600 I’ve ridden.
Just wondering how you tuned the secondary clutch..? What setting did you go with? IE... B1, A1, C1, B2????? I have a Z950 Sport but went with an RNG kit....really loving that kit. Did primary and secondary spring and SM3 helix...what a difference...Steve can tune a clutch....OMG...here is the bad, I took out an MSC trail kit...not that it was bad, just tried an RNG and liking it alot better. But I am looking at an MSC tune....which is what brought me here...
They’re from a local dealer. They look good but I’m not happy with them. All the lockouts are plastic and I can’t get them to stay in place even with loctite.
I’ve heard the factory coolant is pretty terrible. People have had good luck changing it out for a better quality coolant. Also, some of those new open headers (MSC and RJWC both make some I think) in combination with a more open muffler will help (just the muffler will help too, you could even just use a universal one from Amazon or eBay). Single biggest help is probably getting it tuned. Main Street Cycle does a tune and there’s another one out there, but I can’t remember who.
Are your fans turning on? Is the machine new from the dealer? If so it may have air in the system. There are multiple bleed ports up by the heads that may need to be bled. I think there is a vid by redneck Garage that he changes the coolant and show the bleed ports. It is on a Uforce but it is the same engine layout as the CForce.

Yeah the 500 is a great machine! I’d love to add stuff to it, but it’s my brothers and I think he prefers to keep it stock.

Thanks! Mirrors were from my local dealership. The brand is Moose. If by crossbar you’re referring to the one on the handlebars, that’s from Amazon.

Hey Jesse, RJWC makes a muffler for the 600. Also MSC has a ECU tune for the 600, I got one on my 600, wakes up the mid range quite a bit

Since it has electronic power steering, it’ll feel completely different while it’s running. Mine doesn’t have any play in the steering.

Call Main Street Cycle in Tishomingo Mississippi. They’re great people and they’ll be able to tell you exactly where it is on that machine.

Man I don’t remember. It was whatever MSC recommended for my setup. I know it wasn’t the stock location.
What side mirrors you using ?
They’re from a local Honda dealer. Not sure what the brand is. Honestly not real impressed with them. Almost impossible to keep them in place.

Would this tune help the rig out for workaround the farm and such as towing and hauling? Looking for a big 1k atv for mostly work on the farm.
It would allow you to stay in low up to a much higher speed. Which you’d want to be in low for hauling.

It was super easy. Remove inner fender plastics, then just two bolts on the ecu.
