Loving the bass hype in this video. Wonsang truly doesn't get enough praise for how incredible of a bassist he is. Honestly he is easily the best bassist in a kband I've seen. He also does a ton of the composing and production for Lucy. Yechan is an incredible violinist as well. I grew up with my mother and best friend playing the violin so it has a very special place in my heart. Sangyeop and Gwangil are the vocals for Lucy and they do a damn good job as well. Gwangil was actually a guitarist at first but switched to drums since they needed a drummer and he had some prior experience. Its been great watching him improve these last couple years.

OH MY GOD FINALLY REACTING TO LUCY YESSSS!!!! Snooze has been my favorite of LUCY's thus far!!! They don't sound anything like DAY6 but a lot of kband fans mostly love both of them. To me, while DAY6 does more songs that "express everyday sentiments we dont usually know how to articulate" making it feel more human, more grounded, more familiar; LUCY does more songs on the mystic of human wonder- the glow of the inner child in the mundaneness of things. Both very different but alludes to all the right feelings.
ty for reacting! Lucy is my second fav kband they are incredible love them so much their music has this distinct "Lucy" sound, their songs are light, nostalgic, hopeful, giving u a feeling that everything will be alright they are self producing and were formed on the "superband" show
So glad you noticed how good Wonsang (the bass player) is!! I'm a fan of a handful of k-bands and when it comes to bassists, Wonsang definitely stands out. Happy you enjoyed LUCY :)
I found lucy through their cover of day6 "you make me" with young k himself. I think Lucy has a more prog vibe than day6. They seem more unconventional with the violin, detailed bass and such

I love Lucy so much! Their elements just create great texture and ambience in their songs that is to die for. I’m also a sucker for violins so I get a high every time I hear Yechan.

Wonsang is definitely a genius not just an amazing bassist but also a producer and music composer. I highly recommend you check out their "Straight Line" live clip at Lucy Island where Wonsang's bass is insane.
