Pro tip. You can keep them content with just food and/or outside time. Def collect resources from them. But you don’t really need to pet/brush them after all three bars are filled. ❤
If you go to go bed before midnight you will get a buff in the morning (it's a little eyeball) that will refill your mana and stamina for like an hour or two the next morning, so you can use mana on those crops without having to use a potion to refill it later.
Omg this is a game changer! I've been blowing through mana to water my huge farm beds and flower beds! I can't keep up with the mana potions. I need that buff every day lol
Thanks for the day planner! Honestly my biggest concern over my enjoying this game is that I hate feeling rushed by my games. Why they feel the need to put such severe time restraints on “cozy” games I will never get. My real life is stressful enough. Lol
2:15 - Contrary to logic, you don't need to buy another one to breed them. You give one animal to the NPC beside where you bought them and they breed them for you. It's better to stack up bred animals instead of bought ones because they will have a higher happiness capacity (4 pips instead of 3) and thus have a chance to give more produce. ^_^
Their happiness doesnt really affect how much produce they make, I have a chicken with 6 bars and some days I still only get 1 egg. The amount you get is dependent on your skill level for the animals. All the bars really do is allow you to go more days without caring for them before they get unhappy and stop producing. I believe thats what happens when theyre unhappy.
@@etherserra8638 From what I've found out, once you fill up the happiness bar in your animals, it never goes down after that. So you really just need to make sure they're fed to ensure you get resources the next day (once the happiness bar is full). The animals you get from breeding will have 1 additional happiness capacity compared to it's parent. So you can (up to a point) keep raising the bred animals into adulthood and then taking the adult versions back to the breeder to get higher and higher happiness capacity. I think up til 6 or so is the max. From there, you can get a chance at more resources in a day when you have higher happiness capacities and it's more filled up. It's not guaranteed that you'll get more every day but your chances are much higher. It's all luck though. So if you have a happiness capacity of 6, you now have chance to get between 1 to 6 resources. You may never see that 6 in one go or you may. It's all luck but the possibility still exists.
Thank you for this video. I like these short topic focused videos a lot. I don’t learn from people paying games on youtube for hours and I don’t have the time. ❤
If I need Florins, I find that focusing on the gems from level 15-24 to be a good way to get money quickly. Depending on your tools & meals, you can get around 50k in a hour of real time by polishing the gems and selling them. Though you do have to leave the mines, save, and quit to the title to get the gems to respawn again during the same in-game day. Save time and plant seals in the overworld so you can teleport from your main farm to the entrance of the mines. (Peridot and Citrine, iirc)
Thanks for the video Emma! I really love Fae Farm and I am a bit sad, that people find so many things wrong with it. I was actually glad that it was not just a copy of all the other farming games.... In the beginning it was hard to adjust sometimes and I was confused a lot... ( especially with the crops...no spoilers here) but I learned to love the game. Of course there is some polishing to do and I would not mind a few changes... but all in all I am happy!
I'm absolutely loving the game! I only have 2 things I would like to change. I wish there was a setting to slow down time a bit and I wish there was an easier way to find out how much I have of each resource.
You don't need pairs of creatures to breed, once you max their happiness, take them to the ranch to breed, it's basically free except for the 3 day loss of resources while it's away... Once the new one is adult and maxed their happiness, breed that one, and when that baby (I use 3 of each) is adult and producing, you can sell the original to make room for more. Each generation will increase the max happiness of the creatures which may result in greater resources each day.
I got the game the day after it was released, but I have been feeling lost and stagnant. This guide has helped me immensely - I even took notes. Thanks again for sharing this ❤
For magicka boost, i look at the calendar to see what the weather's going to be. If its going to rain, next day, i dont worry about getting to bed early and just keep doing what im doing. Rain can do my watering for me.
Its really nice to see what others do in the game. The days are way too short to do everything like you said. I neglect all my animals and plants mostly while I work on getting new wings because I really don't like the orange ones they give you. I'll be posting a video when I finally finish all of Nhamashal's romance quests and it was sure a cute one. You should check it out when its done! First and only chain I've done so I really have nothing to compare it to, but I had my eyes on him from the beginning so I went for no one else. haha
You can date everyone all the way to the marriage proposal, they don't get upset and you can even have multiple dates in a day. Then just actually propose to who you want!
Just in case the Wigglevine Eel comes up for you again - I'm like 99% sure it's a fae fish that's caught in the waterfall pool at the top left of the map in the first fae area you unlock. I've only caught one and I think it was a rare catch in the autumn. Hope this helps!
last night at 330 am i completed the game and got the final staff from the whisp mother. now im just going to design all the farms while i wait for the dlc in dec
I have really enjoyed it so far , but really find the time stresses me out ! I hope i can get usd to it , but wish they would make it a real 24 hour day like animal crossing
Yes I had one last night, items given for a quest were submitted but quest showed it wasn’t, resulting in me having to get more resources. I had to restart the game.
If you want to focus on relationships and questing those that’s fine. But I was able to marry just by talking enough and then going on dates. I’m not giving up my precious resources for you bae 😂

Oh! That's great to know!
That is so helpful!
Happy to help! I find trying to tend to them really tedious and they like to clump up. So I figured others have that issue too.
especially when collecting resources from the wollyhorn and mamoo @@reannonmcelory7780

Good to know! I was wondering that today when I was playing.

Yes , I find the time stresses me out ! I really didn't want this from the game 😢
It stresses me too... sets off my anxiety. I wish there was a way to slow time down a bit.
@lynnca1972 you can turn on double day time in the settings, i know you commented a year ago so this might be a new feature.

Such great tips! Definitely something for me to keep in mind as I get further into the game 👀❤
Keep going, become an addict like us!
Really liked seeing someone else’s daily routine in game!
I really wish the days are longer. I like to do multiple tasks before I go adventuring in the jungle
Thanks for showing us how your day goes. This game looks really fun!

As always, another value info that I will try to utilize! Where do I find the polishing machine?
Oh I loved this! Our days look quite similar I would say, although I do like to get lost in the mines haha! 😂
The mines really do suck you in 😅
I'm addicted to Fae Farm! I'm at the same point story wise too ❤
Yay! I was hoping not to give away any spoilers but everyone seems further ahead then me right now!

How do you get the wings?
Thx for the video! Could you make one to help with this annoying volcano mine pls

I'm glad it isn't like Animal crossing my biggest gripe with animal crossing is the real time. I do however with the days were a little longer :)
Anyone else having quest glitches though? It’s so incredibly frustrating it makes me not want to play.
What kind of glitches?
Yes I had one last night, items given for a quest were submitted but quest showed it wasn’t, resulting in me having to get more resources. I had to restart the game.
Does anyone know how to make jerky? Like mushroom jerky? I can't figure it out for the life of me.
Great video, very detailed!
The UI and buttons jiggling and wiggling are so distracting...
Now you've said it, they really are!! I'm sorry!
@@Fleurs_ Haha, no worries it's not your fault! 🙂
Fyi there are job quests to breed the animals, so maybe wait for those before you expand your animal collection.
That's so good to know!!
